An excellent stay in Paris!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing trip.
Very well situated, with easy access to public transport. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were extraordinarily friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I felt fantastic throughout my entire stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. I would definitely return!

Emplacement idéal

Cons:

J'avais réservé la suite spécifiquement pour le jacuzzi, qui n'a jamais fonctionné de tout le séjour. Signalé dès le premier jour à la réception : ni réparation, ni relogement, ni compensation.

La gouvernante n'était pas là, on m'a donc demandé de lui écrire un mail. Aucun autre interlocuteur n'a pu prendre le relais sur place.

Quatre jours après le départ, toujours aucune réponse.

L'état général de la chambre ne correspond pas au classement : toiles d'araignées, poussière, tapisserie déchirée rafistolée au scotch, revêtement de tête de lit maintenu par des punaises, chasse d'eau cassée, mini-bar dysfonctionnel.

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj poziciji: u blizini kolodvora Austerlitz. Sama struktura je jednostavna, istina pomalo zastarjela, ali ugodna. Doručak je bio odličan, a posebno bih pohvalila ukusne kroasane i sok od prave cijeđene narače! Na žalost, nenamjerno smo uništili jedan komad namještaja koji smo prijavili upraviteljici hotela. Ljubazno su prihvaćene naše isprike i nije od nas tražena nikakva nadoknada. Jedna neugodna situacija riješena je s maksimalnom profesionalnošću. Pohvale osoblju!

La habitación es decorosa, muy bien amueblada con vista a la calle, a un jardín público pequeño pero hermosa vista desde el cuarto piso; la atención del personal muy amable. .
