Ascensor estropeado, pero son cosas que pasan y es completamente compresible (estabamos avisados) y comoensaron con detalles a todos los huespedes.

• Obsługa: Przesympatyczna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Od samego progu czuć niesamowicie pozytywną energię.
• Śniadania: Absolutnie cudowne! Wybór i świeżość produktów sprawiały, że każdy dzień zaczynał się perfekcyjnie.
• Dbałość o gościa: Standard opieki jest tutaj na najwyższym poziomie. Personel wyprzedza myśli i dba o każdy, nawet najdrobniejszy szczegół, co tworzy domową, a jednocześnie luksusową atmosferę.

Hôtel bien situé , en plein cœur de ville. Personnel sympa, très bon petit déjeuner complet . Bon accueil!. Nous avons apprécié le sens de l'humour de la direction qui pour compenser l'indisponibilité de l'ascenseur a fourni au client une trousse de secours comprenant liqueur barre chocolaté boisson énergétique et cetera. Nous recommandons vivement

Egy-két apró hibától eltekintve nagyon jó szállás.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés.
Udvarias, figyelmes személyzet.

Cons:

A szobában hidegebb volt a megszokottnál.
Többször is megszálltunk ebben a hotelben, eddig még nem volt ilyen probléma.

Exceptional stay in the Ambra hotel - room clean and comfortable, fantastic buffet breakfast with free tea and coffee anytime of the day, and lovely friendly staff. The lift was out of order during our stay, but it didn't matter - staff informed us of this beforehand, and more than made up for it by providing a very sweet apology box of treats in each room (containing chocolates, palinka miniatures and tea), and free sparkling wine in the afternoon. Thank you Ambra hotel 🙂❤️
