Pros:

Los desayunos muy variados y el personal que atendía amable y atento. La ubicación perfecta, tanto para pasear por el centro como para coger los medios de transporte. El hotel pequeño pero coqueto, con detalles que hacían que el hall fuera parte de tu casa.

Cons:

Hubo un problema técnico con el ascensor, nos avisaron antes de ir al hotel para que fueramos conscientes de ello, pero lo suplieron con su amabilidad y con sus detalles.

VIJE DE AMIGAS
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para poder pasear hasta los sitios de interés. También están cercas las paradas del metro para otros trayectos. El desayuno está bastante bien y variado. Los detalles de tener la sala para tomar café y/o te cuando regresas de las rutas es perfecto.

Cons:

Solo hubo un pequeño problema con el ascensor pero todo el equipo del hotel se volcaba con los clientes para ayudar y proporcionar una estancia perfecta. La disposición de todos los trabajadores con los clientes y su orientación a que estuvieran agusto ha sido espectacular.

Pros:

Great location, lovely helpful staff, spotless clean, little bit noisy out the front during the night but not too bad. The elevator was out of order when we stayed and the hotel informed us well before we arrived, they put us on the lowest floor and gave us lots of complimentary items as a nice gesture, overall great stay and would definitely recommend, PS the smell of this hotel is amazing!

Kvalitní hotel v centru města, výborná snídaně, milý personál.

Cons:

Po dobu našeho pobytu nefungoval výtah (porucha). Hotel to kompenzoval některým zbožím zdarma z minibaru a saunou zdarma.
