Always a pleasure from the front desk to the eating area nothing to report that was not adjusted in wink of an eye..comfort of beds is tops. Cleanliness etc.. hats off to Patrick and crew.
Lo único bueno en mi caso fue la ubicación, porque está muy cerca de un pequeño centro comercial donde podíamos comer o resolver algunas cosas.
Las camas son chicas y las almohadas no se como no les da vergúenza ponerlas: viejas y llenas de pelotas. Lo que funciona como sofa cama es un sofá que se abre al medio y mi hija tuvo que dormir sobre una superficie dura como una madera. El ascensor no funcionada y nos mandaron por 2 pisos con 5 maletas, sin nadie que nos ayude. Una noche vimos una cucaracha en el pasillo.
No hay servicio de habitaciones todos los días, por lo que además de todo teníamos que hacernos las camas. Un desastre...
The room was in perfect condition with everything in stock. I had a great view of the pond/lake from the window. It was a convenient area and super close to the arena. I will definitely come back here when I am in the area
Very convenient location. I lived in Weston 35 yrs and never had been here although I had recommended it. What a nice surprise. The suite was well furnished, clean and had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some of everything. Coffee perfect. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
One of the best experience ever. Everything about this hotel is on point. The Cleanliness is outstanding. I will be back again . Front desk was extremely helpful.
The lobby staff were the absolute highlight of our stay warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they went out of their way to share local tips and make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful visit.
The lobby got a little busy during peak check-in times, so an occasional short wait but the staff handled it gracefully. A minor note that didn't take away from a great experience.

Manager Patrick "runs a first-class hospitality operation" at TownePlace Suites by Marriott FLL Weston: First, Patrick himself and everyone on his front desk staff goes "above and beyond" in courtesy, efficiency and helpfulness. For a solo, senior female traveler with medical issues to get assistance pushing her incoming (and later outgoing) luggage through the doors when she is struggling is so helpful. This occurred with a young female staffer's help "in" and then at departure with Patrick himself, bravo. (The fact that there were functional luggage carts, so welcome, too.) Second, housekeeping and maintenance are tops. Third, Joseph laid out an excellent spread of food and beverage items for breakfast and refilled them
I liked everything. See above. I'd not change a thing. The bedroom was excellent and all so clean, the kitchenette was well stocked, the desk area was ergonomic, the bathroom was clean and well supplied - and the bed was so comfortable and had lots of pillows. Well done, all.
Attempted to check in for a day stay. The Clerk offered me a bed and a sofa. I specifically declined and told her I needed two beds. She said no more available. She had to get with housekeeping and that I should go eat breakfast and return after in the room would be ready. 10 minutes later she said the one was ready. so I pay and head up… I get up there and it’s a bed and a sofa. I go back down to speak with her and she told me she could not give me two beds on a day only if I upgraded to an overnight day. I immediately went round and round with her because I specifically told her I needed to be and would only accept double bed. She told me it could not be done. There was no manager. I could speak to and she refused a refund. Told me to stop talking over her and let her explain herself. There was no explanation necessary because I had already declined a bed in the sofaand you purposely swiped my card, knowing that’s exactly what you were planning to give me the whole time. Very dishonest do not stay here.
