Will not be back.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water and the front desk staff just said there was nothing that could be done about it. When checking out I asked to be compensated for it and she said there was no manager on staff so they weren’t going to do anything. $500 for one night stay without hot water to shower or wash hands is ridiculous!

Belongings Missing from Hotel Room
Cons:

The hotel itself was clean, and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized that some of our belongings were missing from our room. We contacted the hotel, but were told that nothing had been found. While I appreciate their response, the missing items and the lack of resolution left us disappointed and concerned. I hope the hotel takes situations like this seriously and improves its procedures for handling guests’ belongings.

Welcoming place to stay with clean & comfortable rooms, and nearby to attractions.
Pros:

We liked the location, the beach wasn't too far, the downtown area wasn't too far and Windmill Island wasn't too far, all about 10 minutes away

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had FIVE people in our room which we stated upon reserving the room. I had been hoping for a suite type of room, but the hotel does not have that. Unfortunately, staff or management did not pay attention to the group size as we had to request more coffee pods in the room each day and more toilet paper. We only got 1.5 rolls.

Although breakfast was good, please cook the bacon a little more. Everyone wanted CRISP bacon, even other travelers.
