Pros:

The staff was incredible even was about to write the birthday girls name on the chalkboard in front and we were able to take photos near it ☺️😁 very kind, comfortable great stay

Pros:

The pool, the location, the arcade. All great for a stay with kids! The beds were comfy.

Cons:

Our room had a hole in the wall, some stains in the tub and carpet. The breakfast could have had more of a selection.

The lighting was dim and wish there were more light switches instead of turning on a lamp.

It could have been better. Honestly because we were unable to sleep I did expect a partial refund
Pros:

The pool and recreation area was nice but there were alot of people it was busy and some kids were very loud and obnoxious

Cons:

Staff did not accommodate me as I let them know we were kept up all night the family across the hall was fighting and slamming doors all night.

Pros:

Breakfast was one of the best we have had out of any hotels. The hotel is in a great spot for all your needs I will say the staff was the nicest and most professional

Great time and ending to our family trip around Lake Michigan
Pros:

The hotel had a lot to offer, my adult boys and I played ping pong and pool a lot. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The continental breakfast was great.
