Great size room and centric to downtown
Good
Location was very good and the staff was very friendly. Room service food was timely and well made. Probably would've given 5 stars if the shower was not soooo small.
Decent hotel, only stayed one night for convenience, like all hotels in Ireland much too expensive, food was also expensive, €22 for fish and chips is a bit much tbh, fish was really good but chips felt like they were cheap oven chips. Breakfast was ok but not even close to the type of spreads you get in most decent European hotels and AVOID the coffee or at least what they call coffee, it was terrible, would use again if convenient but wouldn't use for a long stay
Lovely staff at reception shout out to the ladies working there. It's a huge hotel and very clean and comfortable. My room was a tad noisy but not too disturbing. Had a great restful stay. Perfect hotel for business or travel really.
1 room out of 3 was not made up after first night . Friendly staff , clean tidy areas.
Bar staff and food excellent, great choice at breakfast .
Would recommend
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Nice big room-no USB outlets! Exiting parking was a problem. Bar didn't have chilled white wine!
Convenient location.
All great, I loved the location, the check in and everything else was great.
Quiet area but walking distance of the downtown
NIce staff, clean rooms
Stayed here 5 nights for the NFL Steelers/Vikings game. Very nice quiet hotel outside of the city center near St. Stephen’s Park. Lovey area very walkable and the public bus stop is in front of the hotel. We used the air port bus very reasonable. Rooms are large for UK hotel compared to the US. Nice amenities in the room, small fridge, tea kettle for coffe and tea, bottled water, nice soaps and shampoo. We had king size bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet and had lots of choices. I had never heard of this hotel chain. It felt like a Hilton Garden Inn with a conference center. It has a nice big sports bar with dining service. Room service was good. Lots of nice neighborhood restaurants nearby on the canal walk. I would stay here again. Check in and out was painless.
Great place to stay.
Good
Lovely hotel in a good area
Overall we had two great (non-consecutive) stays at the hotel during our trip. Everything was great, personnel were friendly and helpful. One odd thing: when we checked in for our first night, there was water, slippers, and bathrobes in the room. We checked out the next day but returned a day later. For this new, second stay, none of those amenities was provided.
Delicious breakfast and near all shops and entertainment
Really liked our stay at the Clayton. It's a modern very large hotel. We loved the breakfast and had a good dinner in the their restaurant. Rooms were modern and very clean. Our shower could have been better. Dublin is such a cool place to visit and this hotel is in a good section of the city.
The breakfast was terrific. Staff was very helpful. We used the parking which worked out great.
Great location and Hotel very well kept We would go back
The walls, some bathroom linen and the baseboards were filthy. I asked to move to another room. The walls were again filthy. There was markings on the bed skirt.
