The room was clean and the location was convenient for my stay in Dublin.

Cons:

was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. There was no assistance with luggage, so I had to push the luggage cart myself. The air conditioning was controlled centrally and was switched off at certain times, making the room uncomfortable. When I raised these concerns, the staff were not particularly understanding or helpful. In addition, there was a power outage during the night and the backup generators did not start for several hours, which was extremely inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, the level of service and guest comfort fell well below my expectations.

Great stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms, huge bed, car parking onsite, within walking distance of Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street, convenient bus stops outside, lots of plugs and mirrors, good TV with a HDMI slot, a fridge to store milk, a cot provided for our baby.

We forgot our baby’s spoon at breakfast the first morning and when we asked if they had seen it the next morning, staff had cleaned it and kept it aside for us. We are very grateful.

Excellent hotel for a visit to Dublin
Pros:

The hotel is the perfect spot for visiting Dublin. Away from the crowds but only a 10 minute walk along pleasant streets to get to the centre and very close to the bus stop for the coach service for the Airport. The room was lovely and large, and the bed super comfortable.

Cons:

The shower over the bath in my room was rather low down so may not be easy for taller guests (don’t know if they’re all like that or varies by room).
