Tired but clean hotel in Wall St area
Pros:

Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Furniture is tired. . Moldy and missing grout in bathroom. Water in bathroom sink comes out in a trickle. It was clean!
Front desk person was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was complimentary but limited. No juice or fruit.
This hotel is adjacent to Pearl St which is a pedestrian restaurant street. Lots of noisy outside eating and drinking late at night.

Great place to experience NYC in comfort and style
Pros:

Great little place right off of Wall St, awesome staff, walking distance to the Bull, 911 Memorial, and buses /subways, good breakfast, charming hotel and room, and fair priced for NYC

Short and sweet.
Pros:

The room was very cute. I liked how we could get snacks from the little eating area at any time.

Cons:

When I got back from a long day of walking, my keycard did not work, so I had to go back to the lobby to get my key to work again. The worker was very nice about it, but it was just a bit annoying.

All the staff I encountered were kind, coyrteous and efficient. The ambience was old-fashioned, in a very comfortable way.
