It was right off the highway

Location close to the highway.

pool and sauna out of service, our room was Very hot with hard to control thermostat, ice machine on our floor not working, Some of the fitness room equipment was broken. Not much to like about our stay

The building was clean and the employees were very friendly

Aloha was very welcoming and sweet. Every time I would see her at the front desk she always had a smile!! I would visit again if in the area!!!

I booked my reservation 20 minutes prior to arrival due to work running late. Aloha greeted me at the desk with a big smile that made it feel like I was at a home away from home. First floor room because Aloha said the internet was faster down there. Lol. Room was 10/10 for what I needed and asked for. My short stay started off great due to her positive attitude

Minor issues with the key readers and key cards sometimes not working but the staff was very friendly and diligent. Pool was closed but heard it should be up and running by the end of this month. The staff work hard in trying to accommodate and fix any issues. I dont get why some of these reviews sound so hostile. I’ve been coming here for a while now and
despite some fixer uppers and minor issues, the staff have been nothing but nice and are working hard. Thank you Holiday Inn Brookfield team for everything you’re doing.

It was like a horror movie. First, I saw one big bug on the ceiling and then I saw another bug and I thought well I could kill the bugs with my shoe and before I could even swing a shoe to kill one bug the whole ceiling was covered in bugs. I almost had a heart attack, trying to flee the room. I didn’t want my clothes to touch the counters the bed the floor I couldn’t get out of the room, fast enough. I didn’t even shower there. I chose to go sleep in my car over sleeping in a dirty filthy hotel room. The pool was shut down and the whole hotel should be torn down

Room was clean. The door to our room didn't close very well. The pool and hot tub were closed. That was the reason I picked it. I didn't it see the message on the Expedia app about this. I wasn't very happy.

Yes I was there for my wife birthday and anniversary the lady at the front desk was great aloha was awesome and very professional.

The location and cleanliness were top notch. I also enjoyed that they had a room with 3 beds!!! That is hard to come by

Thank you to Nicholas for checking us in before we went to the brewery game. We got to the room he upgraded me and my family love the room suite 217. Wow renovation been improving. After the game we meet a lady name Aloha smile and welcoming asked us if we needed anything, that was very nice of her. We were so tired from the game.
Beds were comfortable, long drive back home with families

To start of with check in, Aloha was so amazing , phenomenal and she is so sweet in wat she does. Welcoming with her beautiful smile and through out the whole stay she is the one that make sure we are okay, we call at the front desk and a lovely gentleman name Nicholas came and brought our Towels, extra blankets, pillows. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Amazing team holiday has. We will be back for business.
