The hot tub didn’t work
Nothing.
The manger on duty told me upon check in that I was not worth her time to argue with about amenities not being available. These amenities were advertised in the website and also I was told when calling the property to confirm my reservation that they were available.
Upon check in I was spoken to in the worst manner I’ve ever experienced in 30 years of staying at any hotel properties in my life.
We left with in an hour of finding another hotel
The bed was very comfortable & ihop and Applebees was connected.
Both of my rooms I paid for toilets did not flush, the two staff told me they are not maintenance what do I expect them to do! That was very rude! The tvs in both rooms did not work nor did the WiFi my son and his friend were upset about that being that they brought their game system because it was my son’s birthday party. The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work very dissatisfied. Will never ever book again! I room videos of the toilet and refrigerator that also didn’t work worse stay ever
Location was adequate. Atmosphere was not very good. Even though any hotel under construction will be messy, this one was under staffed, and most amenities were non existent. No hot water, no internet, no tv, hot tub not working, beds weren’t made, no fresh towels and no cups. By far the worst experience my wife have had at any IHG hotel. So bad that I thought we were being punked.
We would have rated it a 0-1 but the front desk staff are doing an exceptional job considering their employer doesn’t seem to care.

I stayed here for a one-night business trip about 20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The staff was friendly and check-in fast and effortless. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The highlight was the wonderful pool area in the center of the hotel. It was the perfect spot to host my local family for the evening—the grandkids loved swimming while we visited. The lobby and pool area were clean and well-kept. Although the hot tub was out of order, the overall experience was great. Having an attached Applebee’s/IHOP made meals fast, decent, and affordable. A great, reasonably priced choice for both work and relaxing with family!
Nothing
When booking was not informed that the pool and hot tub were closed. Upon arrival, still was not informed. Also, room was not ready at check in time and took 40 mins past check in for room to be ready. When brought the issue of the pool to the attn of the staff they were rude about it.

I paid for breakfast yes they gave a coupon but the whole experience was very disappointing for me.
No 📺 worked I had to buy a fire stick so my kids could enjoy the amenities at the hotel I had already paid for. No linen for sofa bed heat was not working right and I’m in Wisconsin so it very cold. I very disappointed in the service at this place will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there giving the HolidayInn a very bad name.

The pool was closed and has been closed for over six months and there was nothing on Booking.com about the pool being closed they have no continental breakfast, even though it was advertised as they offer it I got locked out of the back of the building through one of the exits because the lock fell off the building as soon as I scanned my card to get back in the Wi-Fi did not work The Netflix on the TV did not work. we are traveling with two small children what’s the whole purpose of us booking this room was for the pool in continental breakfast
Location close to the highway.
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. No heads up before hand. Didn’t get the room I booked, and was still charged the same price.
pool and sauna out of service, our room was Very hot with hard to control thermostat, ice machine on our floor not working, Some of the fitness room equipment was broken. Not much to like about our stay
