Everything was nice accept the pool was out of order for maintenance. I wish they would have put it on the website!!
We booked our room ahead of time using their app. Drove over 2 hours arriving at 11:30 pm. Upon arrival we were told that they are very sorry but they no longer have any rooms available. There were several people with pre booked reservations that were left without a room. There is a lot going on in Milwaukee this weekend and it is impossible to find another place to stay this late. We are now driving and hour back and staying in Madison. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was reserved and paid for.

Great place! Had a beautiful stay while I was there! The pool was under construction which was pretty sad! Blinding is having a little construction but I am excited to see what the building looks like for he future! Wonderful staff! Very nice and helpful!

Nice place. Great staff. I was a little sad the pool was down, but the manager was nice enough to explain the situation. They have new management that is turning the place around and after speaking to George im excited to see what he has in-store.
The amenities were all not working the whole stay. No pool, no hot tub, no hot water and no wifi.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, our room key repeatedly didn’t work, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. The room was so dirty that I had to buy cleaning supplies from Walmart and clean it myself. Despite several requests, housekeeping never came, and I had to keep going to the front desk for clean towels.
To make matters worse, the pool was shut down by the Health Department due to lack of maintenance, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our kids. The common areas and bathrooms were filthy, hand sanitizer stations were empty throughout the hotel, and even the room safe couldn’t be unlocked for use.
I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Clean, staff was nice
A/C didnt work well, tv controls were difficult.
The only thing we didn't like is we didn't have any complimentary breakfast; we had to go buy food from the restaurant next door. The water that we bought was way too expensive, and we didn't have a tub to relax in the room.
