I paid for breakfast yes they gave a coupon but the whole experience was very disappointing for me.
No 📺 worked I had to buy a fire stick so my kids could enjoy the amenities at the hotel I had already paid for. No linen for sofa bed heat was not working right and I’m in Wisconsin so it very cold. I very disappointed in the service at this place will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there giving the HolidayInn a very bad name.

The pool was closed and has been closed for over six months and there was nothing on Booking.com about the pool being closed they have no continental breakfast, even though it was advertised as they offer it I got locked out of the back of the building through one of the exits because the lock fell off the building as soon as I scanned my card to get back in the Wi-Fi did not work The Netflix on the TV did not work. we are traveling with two small children what’s the whole purpose of us booking this room was for the pool in continental breakfast
Location close to the highway.
Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. No heads up before hand. Didn’t get the room I booked, and was still charged the same price.
pool and sauna out of service, our room was Very hot with hard to control thermostat, ice machine on our floor not working, Some of the fitness room equipment was broken. Not much to like about our stay

Aloha was very welcoming and sweet. Every time I would see her at the front desk she always had a smile!! I would visit again if in the area!!!
I booked my reservation 20 minutes prior to arrival due to work running late. Aloha greeted me at the desk with a big smile that made it feel like I was at a home away from home. First floor room because Aloha said the internet was faster down there. Lol. Room was 10/10 for what I needed and asked for. My short stay started off great due to her positive attitude
Well, the IHOP was good
The fact that they charge me double for the room I paid Booking.com and then they charged me another $167
Minor issues with the key readers and key cards sometimes not working but the staff was very friendly and diligent. Pool was closed but heard it should be up and running by the end of this month. The staff work hard in trying to accommodate and fix any issues. I dont get why some of these reviews sound so hostile. I’ve been coming here for a while now and
despite some fixer uppers and minor issues, the staff have been nothing but nice and are working hard. Thank you Holiday Inn Brookfield team for everything you’re doing.
It was like a horror movie. First, I saw one big bug on the ceiling and then I saw another bug and I thought well I could kill the bugs with my shoe and before I could even swing a shoe to kill one bug the whole ceiling was covered in bugs. I almost had a heart attack, trying to flee the room. I didn’t want my clothes to touch the counters the bed the floor I couldn’t get out of the room, fast enough. I didn’t even shower there. I chose to go sleep in my car over sleeping in a dirty filthy hotel room. The pool was shut down and the whole hotel should be torn down

Room was clean. The door to our room didn't close very well. The pool and hot tub were closed. That was the reason I picked it. I didn't it see the message on the Expedia app about this. I wasn't very happy.
