This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Cons:

The room did not get cleaned every other day. The evenings were extremely loud in the lobby and the staff could not get the visitors to quiet down. We were kept up well past midnight. Ended up leaving two days early.

Overall great experience! The location was very close and convenient to Hershey Park and also to nearby food options.
Pros:

The property was in a convenient location and the room was very clean!

Cons:

There was no elevator as advertised online, limited parking, and limited breakfast options.

It was a short stay but a very good one, thanks to Hilton!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was good although there was not a lot of protein offered. The overall stay was excellent with a very affordable rate. The staff was as very friendly. Convenient location!

Cons:

Breakfast could have had some homemade pop tarts or cookies.

We were Headed to Hershey cancer for treatment next morning,so may use you again in 8 weeks
Pros:

Yogurt machine, good coffees , price, cleanliness, bed comfort good .nice amount of pillows. Good parking

Cons:

There were NO Eggs bacon hash browns for breakfast
Check in-person was EXTREMELY hard to understand,had to ask her repeatedly what she just said..
Hand bar in shower too far to the left.(i fell getting out of motel shower many years ago, so am very conscious where handbar is located

This Spark received excellent rating since it met out expectations 100%!
Pros:

The Staff were very polite and kind, responding to every request and kept the public areas clean and neat (as much as can be expected with a bunch of soccer families!). This Hotel was exactly what we needed and in a very convenient location!

Very nice little hotel for the price. Would recommend for short stay.☺️

Cons:

No elevator! No coffee in rooms, more counter space at sink. But free complimentary coffee and fruit in lobby 24/7 which was nice.
