The property has no elevator which was not disclosed until after check in. The hallways and breakfast areas were humid and had a strong chemical odor. The free breakfast was basically a dry cereal/ bagel bar. No hot dish options. the second day only bagels and extremely limited other options were available. Each day we had to ask for regular coffee to be prepared.

The walls in the room are paper thin and you can hear other people’s conversations the next room over. Do not expect a good night’s rest if you have neighbors on either side of you or below, you can hear every noise they make. Every door that closed in the hallway sounded like it was as being slammed.

Don’t book here.
Cons:

The hot tub was broke and green. The floor in our room has not been vacuumed in months. When you get in the shower tons of hair and lint wash off your feet. When we checked in the manager said he was thinking of quitting that night. Lastly the whole hotel had a humid feel.

The closeness to Hershey Park.

Cons:

There was no safe in the room. No coffee maker in the room. The room was warm and damp from the AC leaking onto the floor. The breakfast was empty each day with only Bagels, muffins, cereal, and yogurt on the breakfast bar. Milk was out, apple juice was out, and no butter on site. The canteen was very limited with most items empty. The front desk didn't have quarters for the laundry service. Essentially this was a Super 8 with a Hilton tag on it. Not at all what I would expect from a Hilton Property.

After traveling hours, I had two rooms booked and we came in after the concert and they told us we had no rooms I better be credited immediately. I am so over this man never using this site again.

Cons:

Bathroom was too small and the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. Awkward small area outside the bathroom. And too small of an area for a sink. Could not get dressed in the bathroom for privacy.

Did not get military discount and room overpriced.

My stay was great and it was in good location to places we were visiting.

The location, the cleanliness and how convenient it was for me and my family
