Guests staying at executive and suite type rooms have privileged access to Executive Lounge. Lounge features special check-in check-out area and a computer area. Tea, coffee and nonalcoholic drinks are served between 07:30 - 23:00. Alcoholic drinks are also available while guests are also served snack certain times of the day.

Very good service Murat, Muhammad, Mehmet, Goktug, Ege and Furkan, Tsira, Mujdat and Ozlem were so helpful.
The hotel has an excellent situation, not too central, yet close to all amenities and 2 metro stations. It enjoys a magnificent view over the Bosphorus and the Asian part of the city. It is undergoing a massive restoration, brining it back to its historical glory. Staff is super welcoming and helpful (especially Mesut - the concierge - and Murat - who spoke perfect French). Breakfast choice is impressive and all restaurants/lovbies offer high valie choice. Out room was spacious, beds comfortable, shower relaxing - it is a true 5* hotel!
Restoration triggered a couple of downsides, notably the spa. I am actually looking forward to returning once fully restored !
Room service could be a bit enhanced: changing of mouthwash every day, providing new glasses once they had been used - little things which would make the extra difference. Services have always been rapidly provided when requsted though.
Newly furnished, clean hotel with y views from the huge terrace. We felt at home 🤍😁☺️ location is quiet tucked away in its own land area with Magnificent daytime & evening views. My kids loved the cats that wondered and were well cared for by the hotel. Absolutely Incredible 🙏

I liked everything about the hotel except travelling with kids meant walking at least 7/8 minutes from Taksim Square to hotel. Kids would get a little tired although still a perfect location.

Manger Ozlem tried to solve problems and I appreciate her effort and Murat tried to listen our situations again so at first we were stressed about conditions but people tried to fix our inconvenience so I appreciate it.

Guest relations manager Ozlem Caliskan tried to fix it. Now it’s all better but we spent for like 2 hours and half so we are very tired and exhausted.
Main problems were
-058 room was dirty. We found spider webs.
-conditioner was empty and while we were taking a shower cold water kept dropping so it was cold while we were taking a shower.
-061 room had a toilet problem. The toilet was not working. The guy came and he fixed it but we were not happy with the situation because it was the first impression.
-After we came back to the rooms, both rooms were not cleaned at all. I haven’t experienced this situation before during my holidays. We were so frustrated.
We explained and staff changed the room to rooms in the main building but we booked the room for 3 people but there was only 1 bed. How can we suppose to sleep there? 3 adult can’t sleep on the one bed. Even though they said it’s upgrade but letting 3 people in one bed is down grade. It’s 5 stars hotel, I expected better experience.
Finally, they changed the room to two double beds but it was not ready for 3 people. Refrigerator was empty and amenities were not ready for 3 people.
I understand some situations can happen but what I experienced was very tiring.
It was like upgrade ➡️ but one bed for 3 people.
We had to keep calling and explained situations again and again.
Thankfully Ozlem Caliskan tried to fix so eventually it’s now fixed.
However I expected nice experiences staying in Hilton.
It was my last day of family holiday. We were very tired with this experiences expecially my parents.
I want you to have a better protocol for customer service for staying for future guests.
Everything was spot on – the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, the room was immaculate, and the location with views over the Bosphorus was simply lovely.
The service throughout was first-class and made the stay thoroughly enjoyable.
Nothing to fault, really – everything was just as it should be.
