Pros:

I loved the hotel. It’s the best hotel in Istanbul. I liked the restaurant on lobby floor and jazz bar. The best burger in the city. The hotel has very good staff, Mujdat he is my hero. He solved all my problems with his pleasure. He is very kind person. Ozlem was also good. Eray from bellteam was kind and helpful too. I recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Από την πρώτη στιγμή το προσωπικό με έκανε να νιώσω άνετα με την ευγένεια και τον επαγγελματισμό του.
Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και προσεγμένοι, ενώ το δωμάτιο ιδιαίτερα άνετο και λειτουργικό.
Η τοποθεσία αποδείχθηκε ιδανική, διευκολύνοντας σημαντικά τις μετακινήσεις μου.

Pros:

Hotel is exceptional, very clean and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, with many choices and even though they told us it would be until 9:30 am, it was even longer which was very comfortable for us, as we checked in during late night hours.
Staff was very kind and helpful!!! Special thanks to Tsira and Uraz, who were very friendly and helpful in the reception desk. Also a big thank you to whole team of Nukte-Ozlem Murat ! You made our short stay exceptional and we will definitely be back in your hotel! ♥️
