Le réveil réussi d’un hotel iconique
Pros:

La rénovation globale de l’hotel est un succes. Confort , luxe (jazz bar magnifique), restauration délicieuse, isolation sonore des chambres nettement améliorée, personnel accueillant et trés serviable.

Cons:

Peut etre juste une offre restauration un peu restreinte au restaurant principal du -1. Mais tres bon au demeurant. Et le verre de vin blanc turc a 20 eur /1000 TL) un peu exagéré pour 8 a 10cl max.

I had a great time in the hotel as always. The service, breaded room were so nice. The best is staff especially Murat, Goktug, Hasan and from the reception Tsira, Sara, Nukte and Mujdat were so nice. At the door Mehmet and Ege was so helpful. I recommend to all who visit Istanbul. See you soon inshallah.

Amazin Hotel and Staff.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Taksim square and the metro station.
The room was beautiful as well as the whole hotel.
The food was fantastic too.
We were especially impressed when we arrived earlier but the staff offered us early checking and a room upgrade with no extra charges.
All staff were really kind, courteous and very friendly.
My thanks goes to all restaurant staff and on the reception.
Also we would like to thank Tsira, Murad, Esra Nukta and Eylul.

The property was newly furnished and it looked stunning with a view of the Bosphorus. The staff from doormen to receptionists were all professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place for a nice gateway.
