Overall, fine. We had a lovely busy time in Sydney prior to going to Canberra.
Pros:

Everything about the room and the hotel and staff was fine.
We enjoyed a breakfast at the cafe one day.

Cons:

We were woken on the first day at about 5am by a very noisy rubbish truck in the laneway!
If we stay again, and this was our 3rd stay, we will request a room Not on the eastern laneway :(
The next morning we were woken about 6am by noise from the same laneway. This time it was a worker throwing heavy items into a dump bin which was at ground level under a building opposite your premises.
We are from Perth and there are noise restrictions prior to 7am in most areas of Perth.
Maybe you could check out the noise regulations in your area and if there are restrictions, maybe visit your neighbours to let them know how it is impacting your business?

立地がよく、格安感の高い綺麗なホテルでした。
Pros:

Hyde parkのすぐそばでmuseum駅やスーパーまでも近いので便利。荷物が多くなければセントラル駅からも歩けます。近くにカフェやレストラン、バーもたくさんあるのでそれも楽しめました。また、ランニングされる方はオペラハウスまで片道2.5キロくらいで少し坂はありますがとても気持ちがいいのと、ホテルのすぐそばのところにanytime fitnessの工事していたので今後できるのかもしれません。
早く着いたけど、もうお部屋ができていたのでアーリーチェックインもさせてもらえました。

Pros:

Aufgrund schwerer Regenfälle in war das Dach undicht und wir hatten Wasser an der Decke und im Zimmer. Wir meldeten das bei der Rezeption und wurden dann für die erste Nacht aufgeteilt in 2 Zimmer und am nächsten Tag in ein neues Zimmer übersiedelt. Zusätzlich gab es als Kompensation für die Probleme ein Frühstück aufs Haus.

Die Kommunikation ging einwandfrei und schnell. Sehr großes Lob für die schnelle Bearbeitung

Cons:

Die Garage muss vor ab gebucht werden was wir leider übersehen haben. Zum Glück war noch ein Platz in der Garage frei.
Diese ist jedoch sehr eng.

They have everything that I need.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Beds were comfy. Kitchenette was well equipped.
My mum loved the hotel. If we have another chance of travelling Sydney in the future, we will defo book this hotel again

Perfectly met my needs and exceeded expectations
Pros:

It feels like a like away from home. Comfortable studio appartment and surprisingly very quiet. I was in room 504. It exceeded my expectations, especially given it’s in the inner city and a reasonable price. I choose it because of the proximity to Sydney Masonic Centre (5 min walk). Saved to my favourites list.
