Staff were lovely. Maintenance were very prompt & professional in fixing the faulty TV box. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Amazing grounds & setting. Conveniently located for TMS, outlets stores & food outlets.

Cons:

Shower ran boiling hot or freezing cold, rarely stayed consistent.

Exceptional Stay at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding! The front desk attendant, Angie R, went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and comfortable. She was warm, professional, and so thoughtful—especially with our special needs son. Her kindness and patience meant the world to us and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The M Lounge was another highlight. Crystal, the lounge attendant, was absolutely amazing—attentive, caring, and full of positive energy. She made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family. Her attention to detail and genuine care made every visit to the lounge such a pleasant experience.

The rooms were beautiful—spacious, spotless, and so relaxing. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness and comfort. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team, who kept everything in pristine condition and went out of their way to make sure our room was perfect every day. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. This hotel not only exceeded our expectations but also made us feel genuinely cared for. Angie, Crystal, and the entire team made our stay unforgettable.

We can’t thank them enough and will definitely be returning to the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle!
