Es war wie jedes Mal sehr entspannend und erholsam und dieses Mal sogar sehr ruhig, da es unter der Woche war und keine Schulferien, daher auch keine Kinder

Frühstück sehr große Auswahl, für jeden was dabei

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem aussergewöhnlichen Hotel! - wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das wunderschön grosse Zimmer und die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. (Unser Frühstücksservice aufs Zimmer wurde vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen der Rezeption und vom Room Service haben uns äusserst freundlich bedient, rasch das Frühstück hergerichtet und als „Entschuldigung“ einen Prosecco angeboten! So freundlich wurden wir noch in keinem Hotel behandelt). Zudem die schönen Pools und das exzellente Essen im bayerischen Restaurant. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her ein absoluter Glücksgriff!

Cons:

Die 18€ extra für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage finde ich persönlich etwas zu viel…

Perfektes Wochenende an einem perfekten Ort.
Pros:

Die Sauna- und Badelandschaft ist extrem cool. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich denke, der Park ist auch sehr schön, auch wenn wir diesen nicht gesehen haben, da es einfach zu kalt war. Die Musik am Samstag Abend war auch toll. Wir haben diese (fast) 2 Tage sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön.

Cons:

Keine Angaben, da wirklich alles gepasst hat. Auch die Tiefgarage war super.

Ein sehr schöner (leider zu kurzer) Wellness-Trip
Pros:

Zimmer und Betten waren soweit sehr gut, auch die Kissen waren i. O. (nicht zu dick aufgepolstert, dass man kaum drauf schlafen kann). Wir hatten 3x Frühstück, was ebenso sehr gut war. Die Auswahl war reichlich, was bei einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie auch sein sollte (hatte auch in 4-Sterne-Hotels schon ähnliche Auswahl erlebt, wenn nicht sogar mehr), super war vor allem die Brot- und Brötchenauswahl :-) . Ebenso verdient der Raum, wo man frühstücken konnte, ein Lob. Vor allem im Wintergarten zu sitzen, mit Blick nach draussen, war super schön. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer selbst gibt es zwar die erste Minibar-Füllung gratis und auch einige Kekse und Süsses zum Probieren, trotzdem hätten wir uns auch die Möglichkeit zur Kaffeezubereitung, gewünscht (haben die meisten 3-Sterne-Hotels bereits).
Was ausserdem etwas gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir beim 2. Room-Service keine weiteren, neuen Hand-/Badetücher erhielten (zumindest nicht für uns BEIDE) und am letzten Abend auch kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt wurde. Es sei denn natürlich, das wird dem Service so vorgegeben.... (?)
Und last but not least: wir hatten u. a. diverse Anwendungen gebucht, z. B. Massagen, die im Untergeschoss stattfanden.
Hier sollte man UNBEDINGT die Zimmer beschriften !! Es genügt leider nicht, wenn draussen nur "SPA" steht, denn das ist eigentlich klar. Aber keines der Zimmer, egal ob vorn bei der ersten Sitzecke, oder hinten, bei der 2. Sitzecke (hinter einem übrigens viel zu kleinen Gym-Raum!) sind die Zimmer angeschrieben, sodass man null Ahnung hat, wo man hinein muss.
Wir wurden offenbar nur "per Zufall" gefunden, da wir uns vor den Zimmern unterhielten und lachten (was dann wohl zu laut war!?), sodass eine der Masseusen aus einem der Zimmer geschossen kam und uns mitteilte, wo die Behandlungsräume seien und nebenan noch irgendwelche "Ruhe-Räume", sodass wir uns nur noch im Flüsterton unterhalten konnten....

Pros:

В отеле все прекрасно и номера и СПА, и рестораны. Замечательный завтрак. Если хочется тишины, покоя и релакса, то смело можно приезжать сюда. Есть где прогуляться, поблизости отличный парк. И сам гордок очень приятный и славный.
