Would absolutely not recommend This is a terrible hotel

The staff
The facility is dirty
No clean towels available
Bad internet connection if any at times
Drug addicts hanging out front
Windows were unlocked on the first floor
Sheets were ripped
Mattress was stained and nasty
Hallways smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel
Alot of police being called on people staying
Dog feces all over parking lot and walking area's
Trash in front over flowing
No compassion for people or their situations
Management was extremely rude!!!!!!!
Room key worked when it wanted to

The surroundings definitely don’t feel safe. You get a new card key with just saying the room number — are you serious?

It was a short stay for staying downtown. I was good value for what I paid for.

Cons:

I overpaid and was not properly informed concerning my options about damage deposit . I wasn't properly told by staff that my extenuating circumstances would void my deposit and late checkout weren't communicated among staff. I paid $83 for two' nights and with deposit for one night almost $200. I deserve some dineros/compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss. This has happened before. Please respond for further details., sincerely and thank you. I give a better review otherwise.

They keep your deposit unjustly! Do Not stay here!
Cons:

The heat and AC didn't not work. No temperature control. Not a real bathroom door. They stole my deposit for "stained towels and linens". Damaged walls had bad repairs, black marks, dirty windows you could barely see out of. Faucet not anchored to sink at all and moves around. Difficult to unlock the door with the key card. Kiosk instead of person at the desk. Does not accept cash. I'd rather sleep in my car than come back here. They have no integrity and are thieves!
