Highly recommend The Kendrick!
Pros:

The room was very nice! It was big and we liked having a balcony. We were on the top floor, so we had a vaulted ceiling. Nice touch! We took advantage of the hot tub. It also was nice to receive a discount at the 2 participating neighbor restaurants.

Cons:

We enjoyed the entirety of our stay.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the room was clean the lobby was clean.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not fulfill our request of providing face wash or body wash, did not leave bottle water for coffee not did we have coffee pods placed in the room I had to keep going down to the lobby for coffee.

Good stay, very affordable price for short notice booking
Pros:

Clean comfy room at affordable price. Accessible room was very nice

Cons:

Blackout curtain didn’t close light out at side. Could have used a 2nd chair in room. A little bit of freeway noise

We enjoyed the hotel’
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast, we stayed there because I was having surgery in the morning at Flagstaff Bone & Joint (we live in Kingman).

Cons:

We were pleased with everything, though we didn’t like the FMW charge in the restaurant (and we forgot to get the 10% off for staying at the hotel, our fault). We don’t know if the restaurant is a part of The Kendrick. We wouldn’t have eaten breakfast there because of the charge, which after researching we found the servers don’t get the the money.

The value was superb and the hotel was easy off and on the freeway (40)
Pros:

For an extended stay, the generous sized refrigerator was very much appreciated. Everything was CLEAN! The staff were great.

Cons:

The jacuzzi jets worked but the air bubbler did not.

The bed was confortable and it had an eat-in restaurant connected to the hotel. Very convenient but a little pricey. Also, has an indoor pool and workout room 😁

Cons:

Wasn't around more entertainment. Not much to do aside from swimming and eating. Also, the toilet is too low to the floor 🙄

Cons:

Concerned that sometimes the door into where the lobby is near the door into the hotel was wide open just to concern that anybody could walk in so I’m not sure why that was that way
