Pros:

The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy

Cons:

The view from our balcony room. We got to stare at the back of the check in area of the building. You should charge less for balcony rooms facing the ugly building

Rocky check-in but not bad overall
Pros:

Stay was ok. During check-in, front office personnel during morning shift was very short and seemed bothered by my early check-in which was scheduled. Despite her shortness on service, she was quick to get my key and get me out of the front office. I had to get with afternoon staff about certain details of the stay. Afternoon staff was very helpful and informative on everything I needed to know.

Staff needs to be more available.
Pros:

Room was nice setup. Restaurant was nice e. Wait staff was very good. Food was very good.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Tub was dirty. No tissues in the room.Usb port near bed didn't work. It took 20 minutes to get front desk people so I could check out.
