Awesome choice!
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights in June 2026. Room was spacious and clean, shower was hot and pressure was decent. Bed was comfortable and temperature was good. We checked out the indoor pool and hot tub area, very nice! There were some other guests there at the same time, but plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. We also ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning. They offer a discounted breakfast which was delicious. They also have homemade pies available.

Nothing - everything was great!

Just what I needed!
Pros:

I've stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world, and some of the worst. The Kendrick may not have been the fanciest, but it is among the top for comfort, accommodations, friendly staff, and everything I needed for a much needed, good night's rest after a long ordeal before traveling back home the next day. I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Flagstaff!

Cons:

Not a thing was wrong. Even the coffee in my room was better than average!

Was given the wrong room and didn’t read my message that my wife needed to be close to elevator due to can’t walk far and was put in room at end of building further from elevator.

Not worth the money - nicer places nearby for comparable rate.
Pros:

Location worked well. View of the mountain from 3rd floor was nice.

Cons:

Rooms were small and dirty or at least the bathroom wasn't clean. For the money I would stay elsewhere. Worth about $99 or less a night.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Bed was very stiff. You could tell they use to be smoking rooms. My check out time was 11 am and we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:15 trying to come in and clean which was upsetting. I was awake already but if I was asleep still I would have been woken up and very pissed off since our check out time was at 11. when I told the front desk about it his response was they probably just checking to see if you were still in the room. Of course I am still in the room, my check out time is not untill 11

A very nice stay in Flagstaff
Pros:

Bed & pillows were terrific. Room was very clean. I personally loved the a/c unit - I use the constant fan as my white noise machine. Also this hotel is very close to the I-40 & a coffee shop I love to visit.

Cons:

I'm always worried about the quality of "group use" lotions, shampoos, etc. So I never use them & have to bring my own. Sigh.
