It was nice would stay there again.
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was very comfortable as hotel beds go. The rate was reasonable. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for convenience. The food was fine.

Cons:

It does not offer breakfast. And the TV options were lousy.

Grossest Hotel in Flagstaff
Pros:

NOTHING. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, which is saying a lot since we average about 50 hotel stays a year across the united states.

Cons:

The room we were checked into was absolutely filthy. Our shoes were literally sticking to the tile floor walking into the door and the carpet had huge black stains. The bath tub was literally black in the bottom and all of the soap dispensers were empty. We spoke to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and the very rude desk woman said there were no other rooms available and said she would "make a note of the condition'. My husband told her we would just check out and asked for a refund on the unused stay which she huffed at and said we used a third party service and as such were not entitled to a refund. I would absolutely never stay here again. We checked out and immediately went to Little American. Little America is the only place I will stay in Flagstaff in the future. Best resort there and this hotel should be ashamed of their treatment of guests.

It was a good stay with normal hotel issues.
Pros:

Breakfast and location were good. Quick check in and courteous staff.

Cons:

Bathroom had some minor issues like a hole on the floor by the toilet where it looked to have been moved and the tile was not replaced leaving a partial hole.

The outside patios. It’s close to NAU There’s a cool local bar across the street. Gas station was convenient. Access to the main streets and highways.

Cons:

The hot tub was overheating. You have to request housekeeping. The room coffee maker wasn’t working.

The Kendrick was a sweet, no fuss accomodation that exceeded and my expectations.
Pros:

the location, the ease of check in, having a balcony in my room, the community/open sitting areas and the accomodation was exactly as it was described.

Cons:

I wish I would have stayed longer.
