The Kendrick was a sweet, no fuss accomodation that exceeded and my expectations.
Pros:

the location, the ease of check in, having a balcony in my room, the community/open sitting areas and the accomodation was exactly as it was described.

Cons:

I wish I would have stayed longer.

The outside patios. It’s close to NAU There’s a cool local bar across the street. Gas station was convenient. Access to the main streets and highways.

Cons:

The hot tub was overheating. You have to request housekeeping. The room coffee maker wasn’t working.

Great Hotel - not to be missed
Pros:

The whole family, 9 in total, all enjoyed our stay at The Kendrick hotel. From check-in to check-out the whole experience was excellent. The Dirty Burdies pub across the road and the Northern Pines restaurant attached to the hotel were excellent and provided a discount to lodgers for food and drinks. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in that part of the country.
