Location great, rooms clean comfortable beds. I would recommend more cream and sugar pacts to match number of coffee cups. There were only 2. Great staff

My stay was top notch! My husband agreed as well and we are excited to book again for future family outings. I quite enjoyed our room, the bed was so comfy that my 3 month old slept through the night without a fuss. I really liked the in room Keurig machine as well. Front desk clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions we had, they helped us book another night for our trip quickly and easily. The room was very clean, nary a scuff mark or spill missed, the attention to detail was remarkable. The price was pretty good as well, especially for a last minute reservation. The hotel's location is very nice as well, it's fairly quick and easy to get on/off the freeway to get to local shopping centres/eateries. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere as well, there was hardly any noise from our neighbors, either direct neighbors or adjacent neighbours. Leaving the best for last, the adjoining restaurant onsite, The Northern Pines, is also worth the patronage. I enjoyed the meals and experiences I had there. Their servers were very kind and knowledgeable about their menu items. I will most definitely stay again before the years end. Thanks again!

The bed was comfy. The pool was awesome. Close to restaurants and stores.

While the beds were rather soft for someone like me with a bad back, the room was otherwise very nice. The staff however was outstanding, very helpful and kind. I forgot an item in my room and they got it overnighted to my house the day I called. Excellent staff, I appreciate you!

Very clean very quiet establishment. Ten out of Ten. We recommend. I will stay there again if I need to stay in Flagstaff overnight.

Really enjoyed the large sitting area with the high bar and chairs just outside our room to have a glass of wine and something to eat. Nice touch, which allows people to get out of their room and have some more space.
And the guy at the front desk suggested the Majestic marketplace. Wow, haven’t ever seen that many beers in one place!

It was our first stay in AZ. After getting locked in a gas station at Phoenix I was nervous about the trip and even more so since one kiddo started getting sick.

They were so kind and helpful that it put aside the concerns that were arising after our first few hours in AZ. The hotel was clean and up to date.
The staff were helpful and understanding when we needed to swap out the sheets a few times - would def stay here again!
