Super Hotelzimmer, sehr komfortabel, gemütliche Betten und ein tolles Bad.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert (Personal hatten wir nicht informiert, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, vielleicht haben wir auch etwas falsch gemacht).

Cons:

We left at 9.30 in the morning to do a tour of the city and when we arrived back at 6.30pm that evening, our door had been left on the latch by the cleaners. When mentioned at reception she said they were very busy thay day. Disappointing response really.

Wouldn’t stay again
Cons:

The temperature of the hotel room was 25 degrees for the duration of our stay. We asked on two separate occasions if there was any way to cool it down and the reception staff explained that people like it this hot when it’s cold outside, and there was no way to cool it down. This resulted in a very uncomfortable nights sleep so I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again

Drinking water is available but worth noting that this is from a water station which in our case was the other end of the hotel, was very slow to fill and had people queuing up to use it.
