Pros:

Great area staff very helpful friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious with everything you need. Iron ironing board hairdryer, fridge complimentary tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits and the water taps were great! Bed was comfortable and location was excellent. Would definitely return. Thank you for an excellent stay 10/10

The hotel is in a great location, which is definitely one of its strongest points. However, it seems that only around 12 rooms at the front of the hotel offer a nice view. Unfortunately, the remaining rooms have little to no view, as the difference in elevation and the buildings behind the hotel obstruct the scenery.

I’m also disappointed to say that the rooms don’t even provide complimentary slippers. Having to pay extra for something as basic as slippers is quite surprising, especially for a hotel of this standard.

Additionally, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to room temperature and overall comfort.

Pros:

The view was good and the staff was lovely, the water station was not far from the room.

Cons:

Lack of smart tv and proper quilt and quilt covers. The covers were thin and didn't close at the bottom, and the quilt was smaller than the quilt covers. The doors in the shower didn't work, and the water just went all over the bathroom floor.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Close to tourist attractions.
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Edinburgh. You can walk to many tourist attractions and also walk to Waverley Train station. The staff are very nice and loved the Apex hotel rubber ducks waiting for us in our room. I also liked the water station on each floor.

Cons:

We were happy with everything, we did have the room upstairs have a leak in the bathroom that woke us up to the sound of dripping water from our bathroom ceiling, however the hotel was very apologetic and handled the situation very well and professionally.

L'emplacement est très bien

Cons:

Il y a énormément de bruits dans les chambres. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et le bruit de la route ne cesse jamais.

Apartment nice, clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom

Cons:

Extremely noisy with students partying all night, yelling, swearing, until early hours.
Entrance to place not good for older people, down lane, 2 floors up to top of building, dimly lit at night.
