Cons:

The hotel is under construction and understaffed and he staff there didn't even want to open the bathroom lobby for me, the receptionist gone for 1 hour on the phone.

Pros:

It was like a 3rd world country in that area. Disgusting. The bed was so old that I almost sa k to the ground. Close the hotel please. Will never stay there again.

Great customer service
Pros:

The front desk receptionist Ruthy was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and friendly she welcomed me and my friends with a huge smile and made us feel safe! She deserves a raise and I give her 10/10 on her customer service! Definitely will book again in the future if needed to! Wish me and my friends would have been able to say bye to her, Shout out to Ruthy!

Comfortable, great location, good breakfast, and a Mr. Lee was the only helpful staff member.

The location was excellent. Very close to the Nellis main gate. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff member Mr. Lee was very friendly and helpful unlike his relief.

Cons:

Mr. Lees front desk relief was only there to collect a paycheck nothing more. She made a statement to me that she didn't like that soldiers stayed there. The washing machines and dryers were coin operated, but the hotel does not give change. When I asked for change, she was zero help and told me I could ride around and get change in town. There is also a business center that does not work which made printing boarding passes difficult as I had to use a computer at Nellis AFB instead of the convenience of the hotel.

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.

This hotel is the Worst holiday Inn that I have stayed over the last thirty years. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and they NEVER cleaned my room or changed my bed sheets or gave new towels! I told the manager about this after ny second day and he said he would correct this but did nothing for the next two days! Never worry about the customer and the maintence of their room!

Pros:

Humans. Do not ever let ChatGPT recommend a hotel to you based on its location.
And if it ever does recommend this hotel… Run. We were allowed to “get out“ of our reservation because the mobility access room was not cleaned by there staff, I guess?
We are so thankful that whoever was supposed to clean that room did not take their job responsibility seriously, or we might have paid money for the potentially scariest night of our lives.
We were so grateful that we did not have to stay here. We drove away as fast as we could. We did go inside to the dining area to eat our fast food, and did not discover just how terrifying this location was until we finish eating.
