Good location with friendly staff.
Pros:

It was a good location for a class I took in Nixa. The breakfast was better than most. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location was perfect only 20-30mins from anywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was good, clean and workers were on top of keeping the food filled.

Cons:

I like everything! The only thing we missed in our room was trash bags. But that is completely minor.

Pros:

The room was very nice and I was very happy with the everything provided in the room. The stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator were very nive and definitely exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to request trash bags that was definitely a new one for me. The door to our room was also really hard to open and it slammed shut really loud. I just felt a bit bad for our neighbors to be honest.

Good, But Should be Better
Pros:

Nice but should be better. It is the smallest one bedroom suite Iever had ar a Residence inn...beb was a bit old and uncomfortable...entry door would not close unless you slammed it...staff is friendly...still waiting for a parking fee to be removed - I didn't have a car there

Pros:

The upgrade was nice but didn't help us, a price decrease would have been better. Room and amenities were nice. It didn't take much effort to find parking and get to and from the room. Nice breakfast available compared to others.

Cons:

AC sounded like an idling freight train.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

For just a slight price increase, we opted for the suite unit with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Arrived to a room that had two bedrooms...one with two queens and one with a king!! Each bedroom had its own full bathroom! In between was a kitchenette/living room area with a dining table, sofa bed, and fireplace. The room was very large and exceeded expectations. Beds were comfortable and the whole space was clean. Wish we were able to stay more than one night before moving on. Included breakfast was pretty standard for Residence Inns.

OK but there are easy fixes to make things better
Pros:

Generally, OK, but there are some areas for improvement that are simple, if the hotel would work on these. First, there are very few carts and the ones they have are not in the best of shape. Secondly, our floor did not have an ice machine and the first floor ice machine was broken. Since this hotel is spread out, that makes you having to hunt to find ice.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice area to sit while eating.

Cons:

Unaware at the time of booking they were reroofing the building which caused issues in parking and getting around the property. We had a locked closet area we assume was the air unit had water dripping noise the entire time. Bath tub had large stain.
