Pros:

The room was very nice and I was very happy with the everything provided in the room. The stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator were very nive and definitely exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

Cons:

I didnt like that I had to request trash bags that was definitely a new one for me. The door to our room was also really hard to open and it slammed shut really loud. I just felt a bit bad for our neighbors to be honest.

Pros:

The upgrade was nice but didn't help us, a price decrease would have been better. Room and amenities were nice. It didn't take much effort to find parking and get to and from the room. Nice breakfast available compared to others.

Cons:

AC sounded like an idling freight train.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice area to sit while eating.

Cons:

Unaware at the time of booking they were reroofing the building which caused issues in parking and getting around the property. We had a locked closet area we assume was the air unit had water dripping noise the entire time. Bath tub had large stain.

Good stay
Pros:

It was mostly clean and spacious. Comfortable pillows. Overall it was nice. We've been before, and we’ll be back again I'm sure.

Cons:

It was pretty noisy. We could hear people laughing and yelling in the hallway and outside the bedroom window all night on our second night. There weren't any trash bags in the cans. Luckily, I brought one just in case. I was going to use a cup, but there were dishes put away dirty, so I just stuck with gas station bottled drinks.

Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that we have had in a hotel. It was an ideal location for us and on the south side of Springfield.

Cons:

The weather, but I guess they cannot control everything.

We were looking forward to the stay, the staff was friendly and efficient.
Pros:

The breakfast was disappointing. My husband loves chocolate milk so he picked up two cartons. One was sour and curdled. That kind of ended things for him.
The tv reception was very interrupted with imagges cutting through and lines the whole time. We just turned it off.
The shower doors would not shut properly. It was out of its tracks.

Cons:

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
