I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. My most recent stay was problematic. I stayed in room 306. When I first walked in the mini fridge was leaking. i sent a note to their system. Then I went to the bathroom later that evening and there was a roach in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk and the front desk man came up and killed one. Apparently he didn’t note it anywhere He also put a towel under the refrigerator. That night I killed three more roaches and saw that the paint was peeling off the wall in a large chunk seemingly from water damage. The following night I killed 5 more. The last night I asked to be moved and the front desk person was very apologetic and moved me.The morning of my check out, unknown to the front desk person and maintenance person working they spoke badly about me in front of my mother saying i was just looking for a discount and the roaches were only outside of my room. I had tried so hard to be accommodating because I had stayed at this location so many times. I never requested a discount. Neither of the two talking about me were involved in what had happened. I did not ask for nor receive any discount at all. The behavior was entirely unacceptable. After at least 5 stays at this location, I won’t be back.
Was good. Needs a little more variety.
Couldn't get the temp right. The refrigerator didn't work right. Low flow with toilet.
That the hotel looked fresh and the furniture was in good condition. The bathroom was clean.
My bed creaked when I moved and there were some rust stains in the shower (room 210). The coffee machine grinds were not empty often enough so I could not get coffee in the mornings.
I loved having a clean, peaceful room. I loved the indoor pool. Staff were friendly, always greeting us as we entered the lobby and explained what I needed to know about the facilities well.
I had no complaints.
The location was convenient to the interstate. Adequate parking.

My vehicle was robbed over night and no video cameras were pointed where perpetrators could be seen. For warning don’t park on the side by the Tonys manufacturing office
Close to family
I paid for two nights but I got sick and checked out did not stay but one night and have not been refunded my money as of yet
