Please note that there is a surcharge of USD 3 per person per night for the bellboy service and USD 1.50 per person per night for the chambermaid service. These obligatory surcharges are not included in room rates and will charged at the hotel.

Volvería por el personal del restaurante
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y tiene una playa preciosa. Pero sin duda lo mejor es el personal del restaurante; la amabilidad, simpatía y atención de Karla, Candy y el señor a cargo (no recuerdo el nombre, perdón 😑) fueron una de las cosas más lindas que nos quedó de nuestro viaje a Cozumel

Cons:

Estaba un poco alejado de la plaza principal y la terminal de ferry, pero era fácil conseguir un taxi y llegabas en 10 minutos. Lo que realmente nos disgutó mucho es la actitud de una de las chicas que atendía en la recepción. Al momento de hacer el checkout fue bastante mal educacada en las formas de entregar los papeles que había que firmar y pagar. Además nos cobraron elementos del minibar de la habitación que no habíamos consumido.

Cons:

Detalles olía a humedad y cuando llegue el piso estaba super mojado, dijeron era por la condensación, pero después de la limpieza ya no volvió a pasar..

Chambre soignée, personnel à disposition. Vue sur mer incroyable, accès à la petite plage en direct. Environnement calme.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l'hôtel. Manque de variété dans la nourriture et les kboissons.

Cons:

Naar centrum is 10 minuten met taxi. Rond hotel weinig restaurantjes. Wij wisten dit en maakte ons niet uit maar wel goed te beseffen.

It was an excellent place for a relaxed beach vacation

It was in a nice neighborhood with several good restaurants within walking distance. The food and service at the hotel was very good. There was great snorkeling off the beach at the hotel.
