Pros:

Préservé de la foule. Super club avec 2 petites plages magnifiques. La faune marine incroyable, juste a 1 m du bord. Parfait pour les enfants !
Beach club et restaurant. Top.

Good and enjoyable with good memories.
Pros:

Location is good & Calmness in the whole building/ hotel is very appreciated. The beach in front of the hotel is also calm and simply attractive for the whole day and during night.

Cons:

More varities in the morning breakfast will be more attractive.

Glasklares Meer direkt vor dem Hotel
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit glasklarem Meer und kleinem Strandabschnitt. Vergessen Sie die Taucherbrille und den Schnorchel nicht einzupacken. Direkt vor dem Hotel können Sie unzählige Fische beim Schnorcheln beobachten.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum und ist mit dem Auto ab dem Fährhafen in rund 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war ruhig und von der Grösse ok. Die Aussicht war leider nicht so toll. zwar hatten wir wie gebucht Meersicht jedoch nur seitlich. Ich würde mir von einem Hotel wünschen, dass zuerst die Zimmer mit uneingeschränkter Meersicht vergeben werden denn diese waren offensichtlich frei (dies würde sicher bei Bewertungen auch positive erwähnt werden).

Das Frühstück als Buffet war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig. Ebenso war das Nachtessen im eigenen Restaurant sehr lecker.

Das Personal war freundliche und wie für solche Hotels üblich etwas distanziert. Wir haben auf unserer Rundreise bei kleineren, privaten Hotels teilweise deutlich mehr Herzlichkeit gespürt. Hier macht das Personal seinen Job (und dies aber sehr gut) ohne gross auf die Gäste einzugehen. War für uns aber so auch in Ordnung.

A value property with minimal luxuries and a tiny beach.
Pros:

Breakfast foods were just OK but the dining room was too small. View from our balcony was pretty good. Shower was odd but good hot water. AC worked well but not adjustable. Mattress was old but still good.

Cons:

Staff was all old men. Bartenders were no fun and with no smiles. No ice without asking front desk for it. Very limited drink menu. Half the property Off-limits being operated as a "private beach club" for cruise ship folks. This is a value hotel at best. Good for small families. No common areas with AC. No place to fill up water bottles.

Perfect place for a nice stay in Cozumel
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Fantastic room with comfortable beds and powerful air conditioning. Close to the beach where we could snorkel and Blue Dream dive shop which is exactly what we wanted. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I hope we return soon and stay in the same room. We absolutely loved it.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very well organized and the services are on high level. Our checkin was smooth and from receptionist we got detail info about everything. Before checkout date we got reminder in paper form. The hotel beach is perfect, we were snorkeling there and saw many various fish in the sea. On breakfast were plenty of food options. Our room was clean with good equipment. When we came there, our beds and bathroom were decorated with real flowers. In the bar was each day from 5-7 pm happy hour.
I really recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The Wi-Fi didnt work sometimes.
