Cons:

Naar centrum is 10 minuten met taxi. Rond hotel weinig restaurantjes. Wij wisten dit en maakte ons niet uit maar wel goed te beseffen.

It was an excellent place for a relaxed beach vacation
Pros:

It was in a nice neighborhood with several good restaurants within walking distance. The food and service at the hotel was very good. There was great snorkeling off the beach at the hotel.

A little piece of heaven
Pros:

Spacious, beautiful ocean view room with nice balcony. Very clean. Very quiet.
Staff was friendly, helpful and informative.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious with something new every day.
Very nice beach front seating under cabana.
Good snorkeling right in front of the hotel.
Not far from central area of town and to the airport.
$10 taxi to town.
Highly recommend!!

L'emplacement en bord de mer

Cons:

Le bruit des groupes clim de l'hôtel et de l'énorme hôtel voisin. Infernal pour ceux qui aiment dormir au calme!
Le personnel a l'accueil est assez désagréable, et refuse de vous fournir une facture lors du check out.

Missed opportunities
Pros:

The hotel itself and the staff were friendly. The rooms are nice.

Cons:

The prices for this caliber of hotel are high. The food, was adequate but bland. 2 couples we met got food poisoning.Not the quality of freshness found in most of Mexico. On our stay the weather was super windy and cold which couldn't be helped BUT with that said, heated pools and a wind break would have made it tolerable. Even the restaurant and bar were unprotected. Shame, because the hotel could of been making money selling drinks (super expensive) but most people just stayed in their rooms. On the front of the hotel is a lovely garden area out of the wind but no chairs or tables. Again opportunity lost. Night activities or salsa classes should be offered especially for this mostly northern clientele. All in all, it is a great facility with missed opportunities and blah food.

We had a great time.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Lunch was better. Did not eat dinner there but heard there were better places to eat.

Cons:

Bed was not that comfortable. Bathrooms were out of order in the lobby/pool area.

Loved it and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and varied in some way or another from day to day, which we appreciated. The staff seemed to really like working there, which is important to us. The place was immaculately cleaned and the rooms were set up with so much thought, care and attention. The beach had two different seating areas and seemed to always have chairs available. Snorkelling was good. The food was tasty and good value for the money.

Pros:

La ubicación a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y la playa del hotel es muy bonita, estacionamiento sin costo y que admitan mascotas, habitación limpia bonita y cómoda, instalaciones muy bonitas con jardines.

Cons:

Que a pesar de que admiten mascotas te prohíben la entrada al restaurante con ellas por lo que no pude comer ahí porque iba sola con mi mascota así que tenía que salir a restaurantes. El servicio en el club de playa es pésimo son muy lentos y abren demasiado tarde y poco atentos. El wi fi es malo la última noche no se pudo conectar la televison al wi fi para ver prime, marqué a la recepción y la recepcionista ni siquiera sabía que la televison tenía esas aplicaciones me pareció muy mal además nunca se resolvió el problema de conexión. Al entregar la habitación hay doble verificación de lo que tomaste del frigobar para el cobro lo que me parece inadecuado.

Location was nice. Room was well sized

Cons:

Felt nickel and dimed for a room that cost $250 a night with fees. No water or ice machine available. Only 1 beach towel per person available for entire stay. Boasted great snorkeling but no equipment available, had to go to hotel over to rent. Hotel itself quiet but between 2 massive beach clubs
