Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr sauberes schönes Zimmer. Das Bett war nicht das konfortabelste aber ok. Rest sehr gut. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen. Dafür gratis Parkplatz. Sehr schöne Ortschaft

We enjoyed Boulder City and this historic hotel.
Pros:

The town is cute and walkable. The hotel lobby and dining room had character and were lovely, with high ceilings and some original woodwork. The bedroom was an adequate size for an older hotel, and the bed was comfortable. It was very handy to have an elevator, something not always found in a historic building. The price was very reasonable.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and cramped. No counter or shelf, nowhere to set toiletries, the door banged into the toilet and was tight getting in and out. There must be a way to redesign that space to make it more usable and still provide a decent walk-in shower.

Perfektes Hotel, wenn man
Pros:

Wir sind nach der Landung in Las Vegas sofort aus der Stadt in Richtung Bolder gefahren. Gute Entscheidung!
Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr nett! Ein bisschen aus der Zeit gefallen, aber im positiven Sinne.
In einem kleinen Kaffeezimmer konnte man gratis Kaffee trinken und lesen, sehr gemütlich.
Das Museum im Erdgeschoss informiert über den Bau des Hoover Dammes und ist überaus anschaulich und es lohnt sich dafür Zeit zu investieren.

Cons:

Die Betten haben geknarrt.

Pros:

Very clean and quiet. Excellent location downtown near many restaurants. Historic lodge, too. Convenient coffee and tea bar on the second floor.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny and cramped. WiFi was weak and kept disconnecting me. Room furniture was old and worn. I think the inn was overpriced.

I love staying here, will definitely stay the next time I'm in Boulder City.
Pros:

My 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel. Very cute historic building. Staff is always friendly & helpful, extremely clean rooms. Comfortable bed! Great location, walk a block or 2 to a large selection of restaurants. Love the coffee room that opens at 5 a.m.

Cons:

The restaurant doesn't open until 8 a.m. As a former Hawaii resident, I was looking forward to a breakfast of rice & Portuguese sausage. I had coffee and a breakfast sandwich elsewhere as I was up early and ready to leave before the restaurant opened. Next time!

Was better ten years ago.
Pros:

We stayed here ten years ago, so we had high expectations. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The staff were attentive. The location is great with walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a historical hotel with ample parking.

Cons:

No doubt, all of the hotels standards have changed for the worse. Basic items in rooms are often ignored. There was no guest laundry bag, and so I had to ask for a garbage bag from the housekeeper. The television in our room was not working, but instead of a maintenance person being sent up, the receptionist desk clerk came up twice. She did her best and later added new batteries to a remote. She had no name tag, and was wearing a Halloween cat's ear headband and very casual wear for a receptionist, but I guess the hotel no longer furnishes staff uniforms or a dress code like a decade before.
The quality of the Scott brand toilet paper was very irritating, the tap water was salty, the tub in the bathroom was sharply concave that left very little and uncomfortable standing room in the center for showering, especially for a big and tall person, and had no grab bar or skid proof flooring in the tub.
The bed was very high, fine if you were as tall as my husband, but at five feet tall, I had to pole jump into it.
The room was once part of a suite, but now just has a door that was locked in between, separating what was once an adjoining room. Hence, we could hear the gentleman in the next room's conversations and even sneezing. There was a loud clicking noise that woke us up several times coming from the wall. So all this really made our stay far from the one ten years before.
