The customer service was great, and highly recommend the hotel to stay while in VA metro area.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel and location multiple times. The service and staff have been very good. I would highly recommend.

Cons:

Parking, perhaps have big trucks to park in back where most space.

Cons:

Room doors safety lock broke and could not get in room. No staff to help and front desk had no answers. Overthe place was fine but took over 2 hours for someone to give us a tool to get ourselves into room. I should have just kicked the door in and let your peoptfix your problems

Nice and clean and the bed was cozy!
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was yummy. It was amazing seeing an Indian family in the lobby with all of their beautiful wedding garb on.
One of a front desk staff, a lady, upon check in was awfully quiet to hear. But polite.
It was costly but I know I also booked it rather late and it appeared there was a lot going on in the area over that weekend.

Cons:

Bottle water in the room for $3 each unless one signed up for something? That was disappointing. And I know this ages me but I miss the good old days when newspapers were shoved under the doors of the rooms. Maybe they aren't even in print anymore.

Great hotel at a great price
Pros:

I stayed here for eight days in September while I waited to move. The staff were all extremely helpful, the place clean and well kept. I enjoyed that the room was updated and comfortable. I slept well every night and noise wasn’t an issue. I used the laundry facilities while I was there and that was a great bonus. I also ate at the restaurant a couple times and felt it was worth the cost. If you’re looking for a great hotel at a great price, this one will fit the bill.

Pros:

We usually try to stay in non chain hotel/motels. I was surprised how just average the Hilton was. Communication wasn't great: hotels .com said housekeeping and when the room wasn't cleaned, the front desk stated we needed to ask for trash removal etc . Mini refrigerator and coffee station were fine . A few small ants living in the bathroom.
5 stars for the little restaurant though. Breakfast was really well cooked and delicious .
We'll be trying a different hotel next trip .

Pros:

Had a medical emergency so was unable to travel and literally the morning after the cancellation window I requested an exception through Hotels.com to the hotel given the circumstances. They would not budge. I did not actually stay at the hotel but would not be able to recommend them given their inability to be lenient with their customers.

Pros:

Airport shuttle is listed on the amenities but nowhere to be found on the property. Misleading information. I had to spend over $60 for Uber back and forth to the airport. No assistance with luggage on the property. Had to carry all the luggage myself upstairs to my room.

The name is premium but the experience is far from it.

The pool. For some reason no one ever used it besides us.

Cons:

Get ready to be disrespected by the breakfast staff. The workers will never say good morning or welcome but they will stare at their computers like they are air traffic controllers (or more likely solitaire players). Also, no coffee or tea after breakfast is rough. Zero effort to provide any semblance of luxury.

We were totally ignored upon arrival! Staff member didn’t even wave and knowledge us.

House keeping was loud in the hallway at 9:30 the next morning. Started vacuuming in room beside us. Kept hitting the wall with the vacuum. Uugghhh!!!

Young lady at the bar area was extremely nice and engaging!! After leaving, I called back after realizing I left a few items in the refrigerator. Young man at front desk was very pleasant and even went back to room to collect items for me.
