Nice, clean room. Friendly staff.
Breakfast service - ordered bacon, got sausage, was told it would be corrected, never was.
The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked and it had everything you need in a room. A real closet, real dreamers, tons of outlets and charging ports, a desk chair/table and a comfortable sitting chair
The pool looked cloudy and it should be clear.

We honestly had a great experience! Only stopped for one night but the facility was immaculate from the rooms, the lobby, the pool, elevators, everything! The staff was fantastic. There was a young woman when we checked in who was super sweet and helped us with multiple things. A different woman checked us out and she made sure we had fresh towels for the pool and was so kind to my kids. We really appreciate the great experience and will definitely be back!
The staff was incredible
I requested a room with a walk in shower for my husband who is physically challenged at the time I made my reservation. It was not honored and created an uncomfortable situation for him

The pillows were too thin. Would have like to have thicker pillow. Beds sleep great but could have slept better with thicker pillows

Bathtub was the worse I’ve ever tried to use. It was too shallow!!! The tub also had pointy bumps on the bottom.
I also DO NOT like being charged $50 in advance for incidentals. And I believe for the price we paid and other comparable hotels, there should be a complimentary breakfast. I also think the way the internet connection was presented tries to trick you into paint the $4.95 for the higher speed. (My husband almost did.).
To summarize, I felt the hotel was greedy.
