Not So Good
Pros:

Though our room was okay, the place is run down, old carpet in hall, halls smelled strongly of scented air freshener (probably for a reason). While we didn't have any live bedbugs, there were pieces of them in our sheets. Breakfast left much to be desired, coffee wasn't good. The whole place needs a big redo.

Great experience with my daughter!
Pros:

I was very pleased with the front desk, the room was exactly what I expected and it was really comfortable and spacious for my daughter and I. The coffee was hot and the food presentation and variety was excellent! I would not hesitate to reserve a room in the future or recommend it to family or friends!!!

Cons:

An extra chair in the room but this is minor and wouldn’t prevent me from reserving in the future!

When we were about to leave, the cleaning woman knocked at exactly 11:01. One minute over.
Pros:

Desk clerk at night was above and beyond nice

Cons:

BOTH of the beds had black hairs in them that was short. Literally a good ten strands. Next morning we saw the cleaning lady, short black hair.

Pros:

This was an affordable hotel. I was in town for the Ghost concert on Wednesday. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. 100% would stay here again if I am in Uncasville again some day. Perfect, and close to the Mohegan Sun Arena🩵🖤

I loved everything didn't have a problem.
