short but sweet
Pros:

The front desk staff were wonderful both at check in and check out. The Shuttle was so convenient and ran on time. The shuttle driver was nice. The room was clean and felt fresh. The shower pressure was amazing!!

Cons:

The breakfast is lacking. The woman in charge of the breakfast was not nice. She was clearly annoyed that people were there to eat the breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. The cold omelets are not appetizing. The orange juice was empty for a long while and she didn't seem interested in refilling it. She snapped at my husband when he was looking for a bagel cutter that, "the plastic knives cut them". Overall just not an inviting feeling coming from her.

Ok for one night
Pros:

Convenient location for attending a WNBA game. Staff was ok. Not rude at all but not overly friendly. Most of the room was clean with the exception of some black mold in the bathroom which I reported to the desk at checkout. AC worked very well. The bed was not comfortable at all. Neither of us slept much. It was our first time there so maybe we just got a bad bed.
