It's so outdated, not very clean, can hear your neighbor and the air didn't work
Our room was extremely clean! Good value. Close to Mohegan where we saw a show. The front desk was so nice.
The breakfast area was tiny. No ouside seating. There was no meat with the eggs which were cold. You had to microwave if you wanted them. That was very disappointing. No fridge or microwave in room.
The convenience of being so close to casino n shuttle
The cleanliness was seriously questionable and the smell in our room was absolutely horrendous. Spoke with front desk upon departure n response was … ok
The location was great and the shuttle was very convenient. The staff was nice.
The third floor had a strange smell. And the room had a bad odor. The draws in the room where dirty, I didnt feel comfortable unpacking my clothes.

From the outside the hotel is too good and I expected a lot lot lot lot. Good inside, but nothing worked out not even with the some well installed things. Everything is old and everything is making noise
The room size and the room smells disgusting. Everything TV TV is not working. Channels are not working and bathrooms are not working. When is with the big sound? It smells like a hell it took me like 4 o’clock in the morning to sleep properly and I woke up in the last minute at the checkout because of lack of sleep.
Great location, easy check in process and clean room, it really is just brilliantly simple!
