Worst hotel stay

When we went to take a tub in the jet tub, nasty stuff came flying out of the jets. It was nasty. It was probably dead skin from previous users. You’re supposed to clean the jets on a regular basis and this was definitely not done. I had to fling my daughter out of the tub / it was absolutely disgusting. Then at 6am we were all woken up by an ear piercing alarm. Found out it was the fire alarm because someone brunt their toast and made a little smoke. Really? An alarm for about a half hour for burnt breakfast. It ruined my elderly Mother’s Day it made her sick to her stomach walking that early and being startled. And my poor daughter who had just turned 2 was not happy either. And it’s not like we could just play until everything opened at 11.. she wouldn’t go back to sleep bc of being startled. It was not a fun stay.

Pros:

The location is near highway and easy to find

Cons:

The room was a bit cool at first. The thermostat temperature was raised and the room never got warm. Waited at least an 1hr. Never became warm. It wasn't working. A 10 degree weather outside calls for heating system to work in the rooms. I got very frustrated and ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Clean nice staff and location maybe ask for highest level room next time
Pros:

Location was good traveled hours to visit American dream mall which is located less than 4 m away room was clean staff was friendly especially at check out

Cons:

The disruption to not sleep as I paid to get some sleep I did not.!!! no sleep at all due to whoever was above me whoever was above me ran around alll night long sounded like a football team I called front desk they said they were aware of it as others complained.

Terrible.You can see the photo below, after a torture of 7 hours, maybe I slept for 1 hour and a half without waking up.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

We were placed in Room 108, right next to the lobby and elevators. The noise was nonstop all night — people in the lobby, elevators running constantly, loud music, and TVs. Sleeping was nearly impossible. On top of that, the heater made extremely loud and startling noises every time it turned on.

I went to the front desk during the night to complain, but nothing was done. The music and TVs continued at the same volume, and no effort was made to fix the situation.

A room like this should never be sold at full price. The lack of sleep completely ruined our stay. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel unless you are guaranteed a room far away from the lobby and elevators.

Very unprofessional
Pros:

I like the staff was nice and understanding when thr manager wasn't there who I really wanted to see to address the issues.

Cons:

Shower didn't work. The Ac was cold and when I tried to turn it off it remained on a cold and got me and mynwife sick over night. It was somebodies hair in the shower and sink as well. The small fridge had dirt in it. Also little dirt stains in the bedding. I'm so upset and it baffles me I got sick. Still have not received my 50% Back in my account or my security diposite.
