Paid almost $500 not to get complimentary. Breakfast went down to go eat at 830, and they ran out of food, so end up checking out early the go. Dying somewhere for a breakfast.
In the middle of getting our room, they had a room that smelled like animals.So they had to change our room wasn't a good stay
The front desk person was prompt to change our room.That's the only good thing I got to say besides that.It wasn't a good stay.I think I won't stay at another.I h g hotel
Sarah was amazing! She helped us set up transportation to and from concert! Breakfast was good and it has many different options!
After I booked the hotel ( with a pool) I received the notice the pool was closed. Very disappointing

Sarah was extremely helpful! We were there for BTS concert and she helped us find safe transportation to and from the concert! Room was clean and they had a great breakfast selection.

Good location, great breakfast
The pool was being worked on when we went but was not informed about it online, last update about pool was 2020 said pool was being worked on. Bugging current . Call to confirm pool is up and running before booking
The location is excellent, with convenient access to both MetLife Stadium and American Dream. The breakfast is decent and offers a good variety. A special mention to the front desk staff member from Egypt, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay
On the downside, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, the elevators feel outdated, and there was ongoing refurbishment work during the World Cup period, which caused some inconvenience, the fitness center was closed during our stay
