Excelente hotel con los precios de Madrid hoy para esa categoría. Excelente servicio. Alejado del centro.
Pros:

El hotel es excelente. Sus instalaciones, confortable y bien calefaccionado. Habitaciones amplias con baño también amplio y una ducha potente. Camas también muy confortables. Excelente desayuno.

Cons:

No es que no me gustara, pero se debe aclarar que es lejos del centro. El bus 150 para en la puerta y deja en Cibeles. Son más de 20 minutos de viaje. Es una zona residencial preciosa.

Good hotel poor location
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, comfortable bed, clean room, good shower. Soundproofing of the rooms is not brilliant and the air con felt like it might not be strong enough in summer. There are water filters on each floor which was really appreciated. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and you could request fresh cooked eggs etc (slightly strange system). There is a bus stop just outside and buses are about 40 mins to the centre. It is a decent location for the airport.

Cons:

The location is OK but it is quite inconvenient. The buses to the centre are good (one night it didn't come but I think that was because of real madrid game traffic). However where the hotel is there is very little around, 10 min walk to one cafe and some bars, no shops or restaurants close. There are some a 10 min bus or 25 min walk away but not that many. It was inconvenient to have to travel all the way back to the centre again for dinner. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was ok but nothing special and expensive. The translation of the menu was so terrible that it was guesswork what you were ordering. The service at dinner wasn't the best either, not very attentive.

Pros:

It's a very nice, clean and well run hotel in a great neighborhood near the Chamartin train station. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was lovely. The staff was very helpful

No había jabón ni champú en los dispensadores de la bañera. La ducha a penas tenía flujo de agua, mal para aclararte. Las toallas se transparentaban de viejas, sin felpa ……
