Very good hotel close to the airport, some rooms have a large balcony
Pros:

Very good hotel close to the airport. I booked a room with a balcony, and it turned out to be a huge terrace with a view.
The airport is not too far away, and the train station is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

I expected a slightly better breakfast.

Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y personalizado ( si uno lo pide). La ubicación excelente, puede parecer lejana al centro pero hay medios de comunicación que te llevan hasta allí ( buses casi en la puerta y metro a siete minutos. La estación de Chamartín a 5 minutos andando…
Por cierto, para todo el equipo del hotel: que todo vaya bien en estos días de estancia del Papa en la Nunciatura ( justo enfrente del Hotel).

Great location yo train station
Pros:

The front desk staff were very nice & helpful. Loved the comfortable bed.

Cons:

The restaurant opens too late for dinner for those of us who retire early.
One towel, 1 hand towel and no wash cloth.
No usb ports for charging cell.

Pros:

Todo muy bien, buena relación calidad-precio para Madrid. Posibilidad de coger opción de desayuno buffet o en cafetería

Cons:

Por poner una pega… un día se olvidaron de reponernos las toallas de mano. Un error que le pasa a cualquiera sin mayor importancia.
