Adequate nothing special
Pros:

Checking in was easy
1st day the breakfast was cold but after complaining to the manager the staff were on it straight away

Cons:

The fridge in our room had left over food in, which should have been emptied
We had to ask for tea bags and milk for the room.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Sadly didn’t have a good experience. Stayed here several times before and found it pleasant. This time was for my friend’s birthday. I asked months in advance if they could decorate the room in any way for her birthday. They said yes. On arrival, they seemed fairly grumpy. I get it, they might be tired after a long day. But, there was nothing in the room. My friend left her garmin watch on charge so we called and emailed the hotel immediately after check out. We were ignored. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Room was tired. Plugs in odd places. None near a mirror. Overpriced for what it is. Guy on check out desk was pleasant and hotel is a convenient location.

Good location, quiet room and excellent breakfast
Pros:

Goood location, about 15 minutes walk from St. Pancras - Kings's Cross. Guys at the reception are kind and ready to support. Room is smallish but in good condition. Beds, pillows are comfortable and the room was really quiet. Breakfast is a huge advantage: you may go for a continental with coldcuts, cheese etc. or full English breakfast - big saver!

Cons:

The only thing we did not like: how the bathroom was set up. there is a separator wall at the shower but it is not long enough to prevent water from reaching the toilet area, which will become super wet and slippery quickly.

Disappointing won’t be coming back
Cons:

The check in took 15 mins. The room had stains on the carpet. The bed was small. The bath plug was broken so had to get someone to the room at midnight to fix it

Handy for train connection at King's Cross...disappointed at spending £50 on an average breakfast
Pros:

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Didn't like the rooms perfume from cleaning products - triggered sneezing and allergic reaction. Breakfast was too expensive for quality of food...coffee machines were broken down and coffee inadequate and weak.
