There were 3 lifts which was sufficient. You didn't have to wait a long time to get on it. The breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties.

Unfriendly and uninterested reception staff, stained bedding, noisy air conditioning, poor breakfast quality, limited food choices, and a lack of cleanliness in the breakfast area. The location was less convenient than advertised and security in the elevators could be improved.

Last minute decision as train cancelled. Hotel walking distance from Kings Cross.
Pros:

Lots of towels, products in bathroom useful.

Cons:

No dressing gown in the room. Air con really noisy and room was very hot.

Das personal war nett und der eingang war sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren zu 4 in einem zimmer mussten den ventilator immer laufen lassen da wir kein fenster öffnen konnten. Die Doppelbetten sind ziehmlich klein wenn mein Mann sich bewegt hat wurde ich wach 😅
