Decent location but room for improvement
Pros:

Decent enough location

Cons:

Check in was ok, had more professional experiences. Booked a room for 3 people. There were only towels for 2 people in the room. I was sure I’d booked 2 double beds but got a bed settee. When it was down, it was impossible to walk around the room. The bed settee was also pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic.

Disappointing stay for a wedding anniversary
Cons:

The staff were very unhelpful in helping manage my booking.
Breakfast was a free for all with kids everywhere and tables left with piles of dirty plates throughout the restaurant.
The rooms were tired almost similar to a Travelodge , not reflecting in the price paid.
Was woken up at 6am by builders outside and drilling within the hotel.

Dirty hotel

This hotel has serious hygiene and health risks. Check in was very slow, no explanation for the delay, staff getting help but didn’t say what the issue was. We were allocated a room and on arrival it became apparent the room was infested with black flies. Alive and in the room and bedroom and dead flies squashed on the white walls. The receptionist called us to check if the room was ok. Apparently this is “normal” but our family in another room and us, after moving rooms didn’t get this call. I suspect the hotel knows there is a problem with this room. The infestation is disgusting and it is completely unacceptable for guests to have to face this. It was not a new problem given all the dead flies on the walls. Would suggest AVOID this hotel.
