Great staff great experience
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Janeth the general manager was very friendly and helpful remedying a booking issue.

The breakfast manager Seed provided excellent service throughout our visit going above and beyond both at breakfast and when downstairs in the lounge (his hot chocolate was also amazing).

IHG however need to improve their reservation system on their app and support page as information we provided them was not forwarded to the hotel.

Nice stay
Pros:

The location is nice, takes only 15-20 mins to the Oxford street and a short walk to kings cross or coal drops yard.
The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are very spacious.
The staff is very friendly you can ask anything anytime.
Would come here again:)

OVERALL, DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

We chose this hotel for its relative proximity to King's Cross (our arrival station) and St Pancras International (our point of departure next day). This it largely achieved, although with luggage, it's further than we thought, causing us to used taxis as transport both ways. The restaurant for a late supper was satisfactory, and the serving staff (especially Anmol) were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons:

Overall, however, for a hotel purporting to be four star, it was disappointing. In fact, in terms of space and functionality of the rooms, the cheaper Hospitality Inn Express brand is superior. Furthermore, the lift provision is hopelessly inadequate at busy times, resulting in my wife and I (both septuagenarians) having to use the utilitarian stairs/fire escape to access our room 50% of the times. There appeared to be no logic controllers organising the movement of the lifts to maximise efficiency.

Pros:

Aneta was amazing we had a long journey and she welcomed us like it was coming home.

The location is close to kings cross with a bus stop right in front. There is a morning buffet that can accommodate large parties.

The rooms are clean and efficient!
