This was a great location with very sweet staff to help us get our bearings in this city.
Pros:

This was our first visit to the city and we found the location to be very convenient with quick access with public transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and and courteous during our stay. They were so kind to allow us to check in early so that we could get some proper rest and refreshment from our international flight. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the staff there were so attentive.

Cons:

The shower in our room had no door or curtain so the water flooded the entire bathroom floor. Although there was a drain on the floor to remove the water slowly, the floor remained wet in the short term. This was the only aspect of our stay that we did not enjoy.

Pretty much as expected
Pros:

Clean, modern and well appointed. Ten min walk from kings cross and a few mins walk from a well served bus route.

Cons:

Beds could have been bigger and the hotel is massive and busy

tellement déçu par cet hotel pas à la hauteur du tarif élevé

Le personnel est très poli

Cons:

malgré le tarif très élevé, la chambre était sale avec des cotons tiges usagés et déchets derrière les tables de chevet, de la poussière, un baignoire moyennement propre.
La climatisation ne marchait pas, faisait juste du bruit mais il faisait très chaud, 25 degrés dans notre chambre. Un lit double trop petit, inconfortable et qui grinçait. Des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnait pas. L'évier de la salle de bain qui est sur le point de tomber. Un carreau de carrelage décollé sous le miroir. Une petite table sale. Une porte vitré pour la salle de bains, lorsque qu'une personne va au toilettes dans la nuit ça éclaire toute la chambre et ça réveille tout le monde. Le petit déjeuner installé à l'opposé d'où on se sert, on croise des personnes qui arrivent alors que l'on a les mains remplies...
Loin du centre et le seul arrêt à côté de l'hôtel ne dessert pas les lieux que l'on souhaitait visiter

Good value family stay!
Pros:

Centrally located, 15 minute walk from Kings X. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable family room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The coffee was diabolical, tasted like old, stale dish water like the pipes in the machine have never been cleaned but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby to get a decent cup so it wasn’t too much of a problem.
