It felt like staying with family, everyone made your visit special.
Pros:

Excellent customer service with very caring reception staff. Excellent food at Lachlan’s Restaurant. Ideal location to stay if you have family in Macquarie University Hospital.

Disappointed as we used it as a stop over point on a Friday night when passing through Sydney via the motorway
Pros:

The room was neat and clean

Cons:

The car park was 100m from the property.
Reception advised that restaurant was not open that night but will be open for breakfast in the morning. No breakfast on weekends. Hardly good training centre for hospitality.

Excellent. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Had a procedure booked at the hospital, super close location walking distance and free parking the highlight. Made for a really easy visit. Easy to find. Very clean, more than comfortable.

Cons:

The loud garbage truck waking us at 4am.

Good location. Good room. Free parking. Vile food

Good size room, nice rooms, easy location , feree parking

Cons:

Food was dreadful. Room information described appetising dinner menu. At restaurant advised only express dinner available which was cheap microwaved slop. Didn’t bother with breakfast after that experience
