Nice room and good value to the money, but it was disappointing view and traffic noise
Pros:

The room was clean. Also I liked the location of the hotel next to the university and the shopping centre.

Cons:

The room view was to the parking/street area (while the photos tell the room has a lake view)Also the room was close to the street, so there was a lot of traffic noise.

I have stayed many times and I love the place but was not happy on the ground floor

Cons:

It was my first time on the ground floor and I didn’t like the lack of privacy. People walking past the room and looking in. Not able to open the door at night for air due to security. Not able to lock the screen.

Great location for my needs. Front desk staff, especially May are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Room service meals are good.

I liked the convenient Wi-Fi and parking, the coffee machine near reception, the warm heater in the room, and the quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the tea cups were not cleaned on the second day, and I was also unsure whether the towels were replaced daily. The baby travel cot also felt very hard and did not seem comfortable enough for my baby to sleep in.
