Pros:

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to wait for my room to be ready even though I arrived close to 4:00pm. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I didn't utilize valet parking so I'm not sure why I had to pay $25 just to park my own car.

A Must Visit Hilton Curio Collection
Pros:

I have traveled all around this country and stayed in many motels, and I must say my stay at the Partridge INN has got to be one of the best, the staff is amazing the bellmen greets you before you can exit your vehicle with a smile to assist with my luggage and to valet my vehicle, the front desk staff was always courteous with a smile, I recommend that anyone who needs a clean, comfortable stay with southern hospitality visit the ( Partridge INN) of Augusta Ga….. you won’t regret it

Worst hotel in Augusta
Pros:

Hotel stinks, yes literally the whole first floor smells with the stink of employees smoking weed and body order. Carpets are filthy everywhere you go. Hotel is generally dirty and for the price you pay absolutely appalling.

Georgia On My Mind
Pros:

This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. Our hot water had issues the 1st day, the hot water ran cold within the 1st 20 mins and that's how I met Tyler. I promise he is a super human, he fixed the issue that day but by the 3rd day we had to switch rooms and eventually the hot water heater qas removed from our old room. The 2nd to last day we were in our new room, the hot water ran cold AGAIN. Our superman Tyler came and reset the water heater. This time the water stayed hot until the day we checked out. I absolutely loved some of the staff thatvi came in contact with such as; Nikki in the restaurant is such a beautiful soul and her hospitality is truly a southern charm. Kind, warm, very personable and willing to make sure each guest that dines in has not only great food but outstanding service. Kelle at the receptionist desk is as wonderful as her warm and genuine smile, extremely helpful. Joshua and Norman who were wonderful Bell's men, also greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. Norman even came to our room to help us move the day we switched rooms. Besides the hotel needing renovations and having hot water heater issue, it was g

Mediocre at best
Pros:

Lovely setting mid-way up a hill in a stately neighborhood in North Augusta. Lobby is tiny and frankly I was underwhelmed. It gives B&B vibes. Checkin process was unmemorable. I wasn’t offered description of property, map, discussion of benefits of booking status, breakfast details, hotel restaurant/bar hours.

On to the room. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide. This room takes the cake as the smallest. I’ve stayed in studios in hostels in Europe with more space. Though it had the bare minimum Hilton fixtures (smart clock, modern lamps, large integrated TV, nice bath amenities, comfortable queen bed) that’s about it. It looked like a bedroom in an old house that was cut in half to make room for more. The bathroom was reminiscent of that on a 38 foot Sea Ray boat. You could nearly brush teeth, shower, and sit on the toilet all at the same time. In fact, the bathroom door only was allowed to open about 1/3 of the way before being completely obstructed by the queen bed. Not sure how this meets modern code.

A/C was a wall unit akin to the last Best Western I stayed at. No centralized thermostat.

The room was noisy at night thanks to large gap under the door and little insulation. I was thankful that I brought my white noise device.

Highlights were the bellmen who were happy to ensure I had what I needed. The hotel also offers complimentary on-demand shuttle run by the bell staff within 5 mile radius of the hotel, which I took advantage of.

The rooftop bar was a nice venue at night to sit and have a cocktail while enjoying the outdoor heaters and view the Olympics on a large screen outdoor TV.

Overall I was relatively unimpressed for the price, and with the hotel’s stated reputation.

Extremely lovely.
Pros:

It was absolutely beautiful, very quaint and cozy. The rooftop bar is fabulous and the food from the restaurant is super good. We had the steak which was really delicious and lamb chops and then for breakfast we had eggs Benedict and an omelette. We loved everything. Hank and valet is amazing. His customer service is top-tier! Thank you so much Partridge and it was so fun being with you guys!

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the Partridge Inn. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The shuttle service was a huge plus and made getting around incredibly convenient. A special thank you to Holly—she was responsive, professional, and answered all of my questions with care.
