One of our Favorite Stops on way to GA mtns
Pros:

We like to break up long trips from NC coast to GA mtns here. Super comfortable beds, pretty historic setting, good food at the onsite restaurant where you can dine on the porch and a nice rooftop bar. The best is the excellent service, especially by the bellmen James and Norman who valet, shuttle you to nearby dining and about anything else you might need.

Pros:

The facility was very nice , the balcony with option for dining was great! Food was so-so.

Cons:

The facility was very nice but they stuck us in room that was the size of a closet. I wondered if that was because we used a 3rd party booking? You could not even open the door to the bathroom all the way because it hit the bed.

We had a great time.
Pros:

Room was a little small. Ask for one of the larger rooms when you reserve.

Restaurant on the 2nd floor is great. Fried chicken is the best. Promise you can’t eat it all.

Juan was our server and he made the evening special. Lots of great recommendations and laughs filled the nite.

MRS OLDHAM III A LOCAL AUGUSTA YOUNG PROFESSIONAL CURIO HILTON HONOR MEMBER
Pros:

There are beautiful hotels, and then there are places where the people transform a stay into an unforgettable experience. The Partridge Inn is undoubtedly the latter.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, every interaction reflected the timeless elegance and genuine Southern hospitality that make this historic property so special. While the architecture and charm are captivating, it is the extraordinary team who truly define The Partridge Inn.

The experience begins at the front desk, where Sanaa, Jamie, Chloe, and Harvey welcome every guest with grace, professionalism, and heartfelt warmth. Their attentiveness and genuine desire to make each stay exceptional set the tone from the very first moment. They effortlessly balance efficiency with personal care, making every guest feel less like a visitor and more like family.

The impeccable presentation of the hotel is a testament to the outstanding work of Tijae in housekeeping. Every detail of my room reflected an exceptional level of care, pride, and attention to detail. It was immaculate, inviting, and perfectly maintained throughout my stay.

The culinary and hospitality experience was equally remarkable. Whether enjoying breakfast, afternoon cocktails, dinner, or a late-night bite, Heather, Jack, Tamika, Nikki, Monica, and Anne Marie consistently delivered impeccable service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Their attention to detail and passion for hospitality elevated every meal into an experience rather than simply dining.

No luxury stay is complete without a seamless arrival and departure, and James, Josh, and Marvin of the valet and transportation team exemplify excellence. Their polished professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming personalities provided a flawless first and last impression, making every arrival feel effortless and every farewell memorable.

What makes The Partridge Inn truly exceptional is not simply its historic beauty or refined accommodations—it’s the people. Every smile, every conversation, and every thoughtful gesture reflected a culture of excellence that cannot be taught; it comes from a team that genuinely cares.

In an industry where true hospitality is increasingly rare, The Partridge Inn remains a shining example of what luxury service should be. My heartfelt gratitude goes to every member of this remarkable team for creating an experience defined by elegance, authenticity, and unforgettable hospitality.

I leave with wonderful memories, sincere appreciation, and every intention of returning. Five stars simply don’t seem sufficient for a team that consistently delivers an experience worthy of so much more!!

Exceptional staff and services
Pros:

The hotel is very charming, great location and the people managing the hotel are stellar. we had 2 meals so far before the closing time. Everyone was accommodating and providing services way over their closing time. We sat down ordered our breakfast-a full steak and egg kind of dish at 9:55am (10am kitchen closing), our server miss Nikki came out with big smiles and helped us out till almost 11am. She is truly exceptional!!! The food was great, outdoor seating is charming. Rooms are clean-nice comforter and pillows. Don’t forget to ask James for the shuttle services- drop offs and pickups! Wonderful experience so far!

Pros:

Clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Couldn’t really use a luggage rolling cart because of the steps outside. Also the two check-in girls were not overly friendly. One was very vague in answering my questions about where to park. I’ve never stayed there before and didn’t know where parking was. Just thought they could have been a little friendlier.

Going above and beyond
Pros:

Our stay was such a great experience. The kids really enjoyed their stay. I’ve always loved The Partridge Inn. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian and Broderick. Broderick was so patient and very helpful in assisting us with some trouble we were having with our television. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. And Mr. Brian well let’s just say he is a ball of sunshine he provided us with so much information and good places to go while on our stay. The Partridge Inn never disappoints but having staff like Broderick and Brian just makes the stay more enjoyable.

Amazing Service
Pros:

Our experience at The Partridge Inn Augusta, Curio Collection by Hilton was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Norman Harrington. While the hotel itself is charming and beautiful, Norman’s exceptional service is what truly made our stay stand out.

He was incredibly attentive, personable, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Every interaction with him left a lasting impression because of how genuine and thoughtful he was. It’s clear that he cares deeply about guest experience and takes great pride in his work.

Outstanding hospitality can completely shape a trip, and Norman did exactly that for us. We left feeling genuinely cared for and highly recommend both The Partridge Inn and the wonderful service Norman provides.

Wonderful Hotel, well worth the visit!
Pros:

Wonderful Hotel! If you like staying in hotels where the hotel is the reason for the visit, well this is a great one. They have done an excellent job of adding amenities without losing the charm and character of the 120 something year old hotel. It has a rooftop bar and grill with great views along with fine dining downstairs. The General Manager is great to work with and everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. They will even run you into town to shop.
