Great staff, very well kept facility.
Suite was well kept and well supplied, but bedroom and bathroom were very tight.
The location was quiet and easy to get to.
he property and the room were fine except for one "medium" thing and one big thing. First, I heard the people above me every time they made a move. Second, and this is the big thing: the HVAC unit, which is inside a locked door in the bedroom, was extremely loud. It sounded like two diesel engines running. I had to turn it off to get some sleep. I asked for a new room, but was told the hotel was full. I am sure it was not, just from the look of the parking lot. Seeing very few people at breakfast the next morning confirmed my guess. Fortunately, it was not a hot night. When I checked out, I again notified the staff again about the loudest of the HVAC and was told that the HVAC units are over 20 years old and need to be replaced, but that funds were not being provided by "corporate". That, no doubt, is the truth. They did not offer to give me any sort of compensation.
The location.
The long wait to check in with no one at the desk. The cleanliness of the room. The staff ignoring every person walking thru the door and not smiling or saying hello.
**The only reason I am giving two stars is because the hotel did, ultimately, refund our stay which I thoroughly appreciate.** DO NOT COME HERE WITH BABIES/YOUNG CHILDREN. If you do, make sure to bring your own pack and play. The pack and play was not in our room upon arrival, leaving us to do the set up at my daughter's bedtime. The first pack and play had mysterious goo all over it and a stained mattress. The second was completely broken, again with a stained mattress. The third was less broken but still, broken, again with a gross mattress that didn't match the pack and play so it could not be secured. I ended up having to drive to Target, after bedtime, to buy a pack and play. Completely unacceptable. In addition, we did not appreciate that the sofa bed was not pre-made, having to make it ourselves. Housekeeping barely cleaned our room, and there was air coming in through the garbage bags on the window during an air quality advisory. Overall, I am grateful the hotel owned up to their errors but I would not recommend.
Coffee and breakfast was terrible.
Clean, lots of parking
Nothing
Location was good for getting to all the places we were planning to visit
There was an issue with the virtual payment from Bookings which held us up by 1 hr in being able to check in, should have been handled between the hotel and Bookings! Also, breakfast the first morning had NO milk and the buffet kept running out of food and had to wait until refilled, also the kitchen worker was rude and had no personality as well as one of the male workers at the front desk!
Clean
Our air in our room was awful. It was 75 the whole time and thermostat appeared to do nothing. The breakfast was decent but not continuously stocked
Breakfast on the whole was good
The room we stayed was okay- it served for our trip for 2 nights. We were able to comfortably stay as 4 adults and 2 children.
Pool is a nice touch, it’s rather small but we were able to entertain our kids for some time in between activities.
We had to visit the lobby to get extra towels as there were no towels in the pool area.
Breakfast was free but mediocre. They eventually replenished the eggs and waffle mixture.
We left with a bad taste in our mouths after getting absolutely no help from the staff about our cooler bags in the fridge that be noticed that we forgot when we called within 1.5hrs leaving the property. They implied that we were mistaken to think that we left them when we were absolutely sure we left them. They didn’t really looked interested in helping further so due to this, I don’t think we will prefer to come again to this hotel next time we are visiting.
Breakfast very good.
Furniture needs updated. Couch cushion torn and uncomfortable. Desk chair more comfortable than kitchen chairs. Beds very comfortable- slept great!
The guy at the front desk when we arrived was so friendly. So were the other ones but he stood out more. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. My dogs absolutely love this place.
The mattress on the pull out soda wasn't in good shape. We managed. It was a little uncomfortable. Like we said it was manageable.
Location close to the mall/resturants
Liked the 2 seperate bedroom suite layout
Full Kitchen
Fireplace
Mattresses are very hard, had to sleep on sofa
Felt it was overpriced
The swimming pool
The couch in the living room very dirty
