Very nice facility with comfortable room and good value
Pros:

Large suite room with sofa for sitting on something other than a bed. Comfortable bedding and beds. Close to tourist attractions, map to wide variety of nearby restaurants

Cons:

Staff on arrival was very curt (different staff when we departed was very congenial )

Molded Shower, Smelly room
Pros:

The bathroom had mold in numerous locations around the shower areas. The stopper for the bathtub was broken and covered in mold. Staff did end up bringing a piece of rubber that could be placed over the drain to keep water from draining too quickly. My children sat in cold swimsuits for about 20 minutes while we waited on a solution for them to be able to take a bath. The room also smelled overwhelming with a smell of dirty feet upon entry.

Cons:

It could have not had an odor and be rid of mold in the bathroom. We asked if a different room was available, hopefully without a strong odor or mold, but was told there was no other room available.

Glad to be home.
Pros:

Breakfast war fine.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived at our assigned room, the door was open, the beds were made but the room was not clean. I went down to the desk and complained. Especial about the dirty toilet and the guy at the front desk came up and cleaned the toilet. The carpet was not vacuumed, the TV stand was sticky. The counter with the microwave was sticky. The bathroom mirror had splatters all over it, and the was an empty box of pastries on top of the light in the bathroom, plus the shower was not cleaned. To top it all off after I got back home they charged me an extra $150.00.

Pros:

Great location east of access employees were friendly. Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Water didn’t get hot. The shower was dirty. There were like dirty fingerprints all over the shower. One of the sheets was dirty on the beds. There was large amounts of grated cheese and bacon in the carpet upon check-in. The guy at the front desk was super nice and apologized, but that was the extent. There were also belongings from the previous guest still in the room.

Pros:

Hotel lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was easy to navigate.

Cons:

Room had a musty smoking smell. Shampoo in room was empty. Water for shower was warm, but not hot. Found old coffee pod still in pot.
