this used to be a good hotel.
the block we were in was very run down
dingy hallway & room

musty & cigarette smelling
walls needed cleaning
carpet was vey worn
bathroom floor sticky
vanity unit door hanging off
toilet seat too small for toilet leaving a gap at the front
no extra linens - pillows etc so you couldn’t sit up in bed to watch tv
uncomfortable bed - my husband was in pain all the next day & refused to stay the second night as it was the worst he’s ever slept
never again

Pros:

No lift access in section no one explained too many stairs old and run down in foyer smelled garbage at the door main door into the building didn't lock door glass broken smoking right outside doors tag knocking on door as we were getting ready to leave 10 minutes after 10

Cons:

Wouldn't recommend driveways big pit holes in bitumen no light at night in car park

Cons:

It smelled like smoke for the big room, madd a mistake giving me a smaller room with only 2 beds when it was supposed to be 6 beds.
And they changed their words telling me that there was a room with three singles but there were none. I talked to 3 different staff saying it was okay but on the day this lady with a surname Tran kept saying there were none.
