Extremely disappointed in the facilities provided as we had stayed at this property several years ago. Will never book h

Room was clean and bed was comfy

Cons:

No information of any kind in the room regarding where to eat etc. Even though a microwave and toaster was supplied in the room there were no utensils to use them. Room only had 2 cups and glasses and 2 teaspoons. When asked staff advised they were unable to supply these even though their website says the hotel has function rooms and conference facilities. Did ask for a ground floor room (msg response was “will do”) but on arrival we were given a 1st floor room.

Pros:

Not much to like about it.

Cons:

Old and smelly rooms, specially the carpets are old. Curtains are old and ripped.
