Pros:

Breakfast bland. Pricey for what we had. Otherwise cleaning staff were friendly.location good.

Cons:

One reception lady was bit rude especially to my niece who was trying to reach me for emergency. Nir friendly or smiling often ignored or no smile when greeting. The male staff at reception are very friendly and professional.

Fantastic location, nice and central, good parking out back

Cons:

would be good if breakfast was included in the price. Or just a little bit cheaper. It is hard to justify paying for breakfast when it such a close walk to get a good quality breakfast elsewhere

Comfortable & central …easy to walk around the city
Pros:

Located in the CBD and easy to walk around.
Has EV charging.
Staff friendly & super helpful.
Dinner at the Tram restaurant with superb flavours & value for money

Cons:

Not the properties fault, as they do not run the car park, but all EV parking spaces taken up by non-EV cars. Not adequate signage or bollards installed to help prevent this. Have sent email to car park operators but no response yet.
