very comfy, the bed was very comfy, the large tv could be seen from all parts of the room. the kitchenette hidden behind the cupboard doors was good. check in was quick and easy.
the parking was very tight and hard to navigate
the bathroom was a little dated and we had to climb over the bath to use the shower that was hot but with average water pressure
i did not like having to pay a $250 deposit for room that cost less than half that price, it came back very quick and easy on check out but that wasnt the point
We love staying at the Best Western, great location and great value for money.
$250 credit charge that we were asked to pay at check in and told it would be a 5-10 turn around to have the money returned after check out.
Bed and room were both nice
Bath felt grubby but was nice to have there.
Water bottles in room? Unsure why this is probably something that could be offered up front to take to room rather then potentially having someone spiked by free water.
Staff seemed new. One of the three room keys was initially assigned wrong however this was amended rather smoothly with a little confusion from both parties.
Beds were comfortable, beautiful large bath and great convenient location in the heart of town. A microwave would be a wonderful addition
Checking in took quite a while because there was only 1 staff member on check in despite there being a second staff member who wasn’t assisting with any check-ins

Bathroom was not up to scratch. Mould was showing in the shower and bath. The shower curtain was stained.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan and the pillows were way too thick. Also sounded like the entire hotel was having a party until 2am, so very noisy in the room! Have stayed in other rooms there and are much quieter.

We paid for parking but there was none available. We felt very uncomfortable about leaving our car in the street.

Paid for parking upon check in but when we got back from dinner no spots were available at all and we were told we’d have to find a park on the street. Staff said guests frequently have this issue. People in the room next to us were extremely noisy until early hours. Not the hotels fault.
