Great hotel great value great location!
Pros:

Big room great location. So many bars and restaurants within easy 5 min walk. Check out Cinco Passiones cocktail bar for example. Some great breakfast places very close as well. 16 min walk to the gorge ferry and 3 min walk to city park. So many restaurants nearby as well. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but the very friendly guy on reception phoned us when it was. Parking was easy and only 15 mins to Launceston airport.

We needed a bed for the night with a meal. Never again, sorry. shower over the bath so narrow anyone

Cons:

Cold restaurant boasting a happy hour but when you rocked up, wait to be seated! - seriously it was a bar.
The room was freezing with no atmosphere at all

Good for a one night stay only as it’s close to food and other amenities.
Pros:

Great location to cbd.

Cons:

Access to building was poor as anyone can walk in from the street. Had a suspicious person who looked homes-less in the building charging his phone and smoking. No atm for cash to use washing machine so need to walk to town to get money. Cheap parking was the only real plus.

Apart from the parking it was a nice stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for what I needed.

Cons:

Parking was horrible they have limited parking but continue to hand out pay and display tickets from reception when it should be capped to those that have the limited number of tickets for the parking
