Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in Nizza. Wundervolles Personal. Prima Service rund um die Uhr. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr charmant und macht einfach den Urlaub noch schöner.

The hotel is in a good location, clean and tidy

Cons:

The walls between the rooms are very thin and therefore even the average conversation can be heard from the next room. This really disturbs your sleep. This was the first place where there was no shower gel in the bathroom apart from a small bar of soap. This is even more of a problem if you are staying for several days.

Very safe and clean area, lots of trees and parks nearby

Globalement bien, mais les tailles des chambres et salles de bains ont surprenantes.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et au service des clients. Emplacement par rapport à la gare, centre ville, promenade des Anglais.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Hotellilla loistava sijainti. Aamiainen maistuva mutta hieman pienessä aamiaishuoneessa. Rakennus oli kaunis vanha hotellirakennus.

Cons:

Huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joten kadun yölliset roskien tyhjennysoperaatiot hieman häiritsivät.

Wir hatten das Gefühl, bewusst in die Irre geführt worden zu sein.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay, es gab Fleisch und Käse, mehrere Baguette und Gipfeli, zudem stand eine Kaffeemaschine parat (15 Euro pP Buffet). Es hat 3 Parkplätze, pro Nacht 20 Euro. Schöner ruhiger Garten.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft selbst hätte Potenzial – die Erfahrung bei unserer Ankunft in der Villa Rivoli war jedoch eine grosse Enttäuschung.
Wir hatten ganz normal über die Website ein Economy-Zimmer gebucht. Nirgends war für uns klar ersichtlich, dass es sich dabei um ein Zimmer im Souterrain bzw. praktisch im Keller handelt. Wir erhielten offenbar eine Chat-Nachricht, wo uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir ein Zimmer im Sous-Sol hätten. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir dann an der Rezeption eher belehrt als willkommen geheissen: Uns wurde sinngemäss gesagt, wir hätten besser schauen müssen beim Buchen, das Zimmer befinde sich im Untergeschoss und solche Zimmer würde das Hotel „eigentlich gar nicht vermieten“. Das hat uns ehrlich gesagt sprachlos gemacht. Diese Zimmer seine für Studenten mit kleinem Budget… für 100 Euro die Nacht?

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, mit einem winzigen Fenster. Von der in der Nachricht versprochenen „gleichen Qualität wie die anderen Zimmer“ konnten wir nichts feststellen. Hinzu kam, dass direkt nebenan Gäste (?) um fünf Uhr morgens enormen Lärm machten – an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Als wir bereits beim Check-in fragten, ob ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass alles ausgebucht sei. Ende der Diskussion. Für rund 100 Euro – ohne Frühstück und ohne Parkplatz, beides extra – ist das schlicht enttäuschend. So etwas darf nicht erst bei der Ankunft oder in einer leicht übersehbaren Chat-Nachricht kommuniziert werden. Wir fühlten uns ehrlich gesagt getäuscht und würden so nicht wieder buchen.

It was very close to Nice Cote De Azur , and all the staff spoke English. Its proximity to the city center and transportation networks makes it a hotel I would choose again when I return.

Excellent location. Gorgeous Hotel. . and many luxurious hotels nearby,
Pros:

Excellent location, short walk to the beach, historical Hotel, gorgeous antique French charm, the staff were lovely. Beautiful garden with comfy chairs to sit and relax. Walked to all the attractions. Short walk to the Train Station.

Cons:

Nothing it was beautiful even though we booked the semi basement room.
