Schönes und stilvolles Hotel - nah an der Innenstadt und am Mittellmeer

Ein sehr schönes und stilvolles Hotel. Die Innenstadt ist mit einem kleinen Spaziergang - gerne direkt an der Mittelmeer-Promenade - sehr gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist toll, das Frühstück sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir bewerten hier das Hotel insgesamt. Da wir nur eine Nacht blieben und direkt am Folgetag weiterreisten, haben wir das sehr einfach ausgestattete Zimmer im Souterrain gebucht. Dieses Zimmer ist für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet. Aber das bewerten wir ausdrücklich nicht negativ. Wir wurden bei der Buchung deutlich auf die Einfachheit dieses Zimmers hingewiesen. Dennoch waren wir - für eine Nacht - sehr zufrieden. Dank Klimaanlage konnten wir auch gut schlafen. Man sollte dieses Zimmer aber nur buchen, wenn man mit den Bedingungen einverstanden ist.
Das Hotel selbst können wir ausdrücklich empfehlen!

Quaint hotel, good location.
Pros:

Good location, quite quaint. Good shower. Aircon. Pretty building. Excellent boulangerie up the road. The hotel had character.

Cons:

Room (second floor ) was rather small and there were a few small maintenance issues, like a leaking shower and extractor fan not working. Switch of one bedside light was impossible to reach from bed. None of these was that important but the room just needed a little care.

Estuvimos en una habitación subterránea. Eso no es un problema aunque no me di cuenta hasta que reservé. Estaba es Tito pero cuando uno ve las fotos de todo el hotel luego es un detalle que no se nota. De echo, cuando reservé me llegó un mensaje del hotel diciendo que si quería cambiar de habitación en caso de no darme cuenta.o sea que ellos saben que la gente no se da cuenta. Y quisieron contarme 40 euros más la noche para cambiar.

Pero lo peor es que la habitación está llena de humedades de cimiento (tengo fotos) y el olor a humedad es terrible. Y cuando le dijimos al personal del hotel, además de no tratarnos bien, dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Que abramos la ventana y prendamos el aire acondicionado. Considerando lo que pagamos honestamente no hay relación.
