Pros:

De locatie was heel goed, centrum, dicht bij de boulevard en openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Het bed was veel te smal en te kort. Dat er werd gezegd dat de parking naast het hotel vol was terwijl wij alle dagen dat we er waren zagen dat er 1 auto geparkeerd stond terwijl er 4 plekken waren. De eerste dag bij het ontbijt was er amper beleg en werd ons verder niets aangeboden, 2e dag werd er een eitje aangeboden en andere gasten verse jus d'orange...geen constante service en dat voor de prijs van €15,=

Pros:

Es war rundum super und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück war so süß angerichtet und die lieben Mitarbeiterinnen so so freundlich. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder. Die Lage ist außerdem ausgezeichnet - dass Meer war fussläufig erreichbar.

It's okay compared with other local prices
Pros:

The location was great, and some staff members were very friendly. It was also pretty clean overall. Some beach accessories were available too.

Cons:

The price was way too high, but that is normal in Nice. The breakfast was nothing special. Some staff members were kinda arrogant. The air conditioner in the room wasn't operating at full power. The sound insulation was also poor.

Que dire à part que c'est une honte de louer des cages à lapin à ce prix ? 160€ pour une chambre en sous sol avec une mini fenêtre qui donne sur les voitures et pieds des passants... Des finitions déplorables, aucune insonorisation... Vous voulez gagner quelques € en arnaquant lss clients qui ne voient pas la mention "chambre en demi sois sol", vous perdrez le prestige de votre établissement qui n'en mérite aucun.

Et vous le savez, étant donné que pour vous couvrir vous envoyez le message que je mets en copie et que malheureusement je n ai pas vu à temps et que vos employés à l'accueil disent "on vous prévient on a beaucoup de problèmes avec ces chambres". J'estime que vous êtes des voleurs, pour le même prix, une chambre à l'hôtel Oasis fait 3 fois la taille de la votre dans un cadre idyllique.

En un mot: fuyez.

Very well located historic hotel. The hotel is just a few blocks from the seafront. The tram stop and train station are also within walking distance. There are a few parking spaces in the hotel courtyard.
