Very clean
Two day stay very comfortable
Lovely stay while in the area for work. Clean and comfortable room and helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again!
Stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years for an exhibition. It does need a little TLC. Shower leaking and bathroom generally dirty. Bar area gets too busy when there are events on over the weekend so had to drive to Bracknell to get an evening meal.
Comfortable bed, easy parking, worth booking breakfast in advance as sold at an enhanced rate on the day
Hotel was fine - check in was by touch screen but. Member of staff came over to help. I didn’t need it but they insisted and then tried to get me to leave a review by scanning their QR code on their badge and using their name. Was just a bit weird. And then they followed me to the lifts and tried to get me to use them even though I wanted to take the stairs. Again was just a bit weird!
Loved the hotel super friendly staff , modern fun restaurant bar could not fault the hotel
Very comfortable , very busy, staff helpful.
Staff welcoming, booked into room easy, good amenities
Real mix bag. Hotel looks good & modern but fails practically.
Bathroom with no extraction, so condensation everywhere. Shower sprays water all over the floor. Really dim lighting in the room, no main light covering most of the room.
Hotel bar was full with football fans which isn't great if you're away with work and want to eat/work. Generally poor service for drinks and food. They were busy but just seem chaotic
That said. Check-in is quiet efficient, although they charge straight to the reservation card, most places check. Also it does have a great gym
Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room. I do think they need to get the maintenance guys in though, one of the lifts didn't work and the other was hit and miss. Also I noticed one of the toilets was out of action. Had a problem in the restaurant too. I ended up ordering food twice and getting charged for it twice due to an online ordering error. The staff were however very helpful and made sure the duplicate order was cancelled and the charge credited. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and the food was OK. Breakfast had the usual choice of items but was pleasant.
Great
Clean room good food
I liked the hotel very much .very good atmosfere and easy and cheap parking.
I did like the bath room as its very small and dark.
The room was fine.
Very clean
Rooms clean staff all good all round. Excellent breakfast. Differently recommended
Will be my last stay at this property it’s noisy not very clean TV didn’t work, plus they charge you £70 extra to swap a booking over
For the price it was good and couldn’t expect much more. Service was good and friendly. Rooms was not cleaned properly and bed was broken. Air con was loud. Would probably explore other options in future but it was really good location to legoland and price was very good.
We stayed for two nights to incorporate a visit to family and a two day trip to Lego land. The hotel was a good location and was pretty nice inside. First time staying at a village hotel, I’m not sure I’d stay in one again as I find the concept odd, it’s like it’s trying to be a bit of everything- a fitness place, a drinkers place and a hotel. In the morning we could hear the exercise classes from our room and I found the food prices in the bar very expensive. The pool and spa area was nice but you did have to pay an additional fee to use. The breakfast was lovely - loads of choice but it was pricey so I was expecting good quality. You also have to pay for car parking at £5 per day so by the time we added on pool, parking and breakfast the cost soon added up. It was a pleasant stay overall.
A lovely room and such helpful staff when checking in.
The bar area seemed very popular and busy! I will definitely return to see it for myself :)
