The hotel was modern and in a good location
We had to leave the hotel 3 hours after check in as there was a strong sewage smell in are room the staff tried to fix it but it only got worse the bath didn’t empty and was in. Bad condition the reception staff didn’t help at all they just said there was nothing they could do we checked in at 1500 and was back home by 2000 they told us we need to speak to booking for a refund which I’ve tried to do with no success

Better directions would help as was quite difficult to find the entrance. Better info on payment for car parking overnight.
The whole experience at village hotel Bracknell. The room was clean and spacious, the pool,steam room, hot tubs,all fantastic
Missed breakfast. It finished so early.

Menu limited and overpriced. Not good value for money at all. Air con in the room was rubbish. Not impressed having to pay to park over night
A small fridge in the room would be nice.
The room was very big with two double beds very comfortable.
Everything was very clean and the internet signal was very good.
More lighting, it was missing one spot light in the middle of the room. We didn't like to be on the 3rd floor looking at a roof, difficult to reach with the luggage for four people and the shower couldn't be closed, so the water went on the floor.

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait de me faire payer l’accès à la piscine à 10 livres et que les enfants n’aient plus accès à la piscine à partir de 19h…
Les œufs n’étaient pas tres frais…
