Ok, not great, probably wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Toilet was running all night
Elevator was broken
No printer paper at front desk for a copy of my bill
For the price I paid for the room, this shouldn't have been an issue

Cons:

I feel like I was price gouged because of my late reservation.
