Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful and I would definitely stay here again l.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. It’s very nice on the inside and the halls were well lit. The room was beautiful with a large ocean front private balcony. The food that I had at the restaurants within the hotel was very good.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Also, I know it’s off season, but the restaurants did not seem to be very well staffed. It took a half hour to get a breakfast bagel at the Java restaurant. The Epic only had one person to wait on everyone and it took a very long time to get just a Bavarian pretzel to go. The bartender was nice but overwhelmed.

I'd stay here again for sure!
Pros:

Ocean and Bay view was wonderful. The indoor and outdoor pool was a great option considering the drastic weather change this time of year. The in house restaurants both had exceptional service and food.

Cons:

Short staff during this time of year made service slow. But it was still good as long as you packed patients. There were multiple events taking place and I didn't feel like there was enough staff to service all.

The ice cream parlor, Scoops, had an awful odor of rancid oil that permeated a large area of the lobby.
When paying for an Ocean front room it should be direct oceanfront not side oceanfront.

Took my daughter there for a celebration night. Took her to the arcade most of the games didn’t work. We wasted money there over and over

Pros:

The view we had from our balcony. The attentiveness of the cleaning staff.

Cons:

During happy hour they had one bartender on that was bartending and waiting on tables. Several times guest ended up leaving without being served.
