Pros:

This hotel is for not only Adults but also a family friendly hotel .
They have indoor outdoor pool . Gaming zone in 3 floors .
They have restaurants as well
I like Everything about this hote . I would go again if i go ocean city

Cons:

If you want to play billiard in the lobby you have to pay for it .
It must be free for the guest .

Pros:

I liked how close it was to the beach and all of the different restaurants within the hotel

Cons:

I was not happy that the indoor pool handicap left wasn’t working despite us calling ahead of time and being told it was working. The person that I was with who has multiple sclerosis couldn’t get out of the pool he had to be lifted out by 5 to 6 army men while the staff member working at the hotel just took off.

Prime location and beachfront property and has indoor outdoor pool

Cons:

Dirty linens and dirty bath tub with hair on it.and on the top of that around 1am there was a false FiRE ALARM everyone had to rush out of their rooms..even the Fire Department had came.it was pretty terrifying and confusing for everyone.hotel staff was good but this place is old and not well kept it has a old carpet smell which pretty much gives you the idea of the whole place .

Great location
Pros:

The location to the boardwalk and beach. The staff were nice, kids likes the arcade and ice cream shop

Cons:

Being woke up at 1am to a fire alarm, thankfully false. Found out from other guests this had happened around the same time in the morning during their other visits.
Beds were not that comfortable

Hotel evac

Location. Room view

Cons:

Sunday night 8.16.26 after 1am the hotel had to evacuate for an apparent small fire on room 6?.. is what we heard based on chatter. There was one hotel employee there and did not say anything or give an announcement. There was no order and we were outside for over 40min after midnight and nothinh was offered to compensate.

The location was great. Staff was very nice and the room we had on 2nd floor was spacious cool and clean.

Cons:

The carpeted hallway leading to the room was very dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced. The deck area needs updating, there was no privacy when sitting. out there, the separations between room decks was not a wall but a rusty see through piece of metal and other guests frequently invited themselves into our conversations. There was no AC in the hotel main areas or restaurant on the 6th floor. Also, I used the fitness center daily, there was no AC in this room, the ceiling fan didn't work, neither TV came in clear and the bicep curl machine is about to fall apart! I asked the hotel staff to report the fan in that room didn't work, and on my last day of use, it was still not working.
