Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this experience. The main issue was that my family and I arrived at the hotel late at night with what Booking.com later confirmed was an active reservation, but the front desk informed us that our booking had been canceled and refused check-in.
As a result, my family, including two young children, had to find alternative accommodations and drive approximately 30 minutes to another hotel after midnight. The situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses.
I was especially disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the status of the reservation and the fact that I was turned away despite making every effort to confirm that I would still be arriving if the cancellation request was not approved.
The hotel did not honor my reservation and turned my family away at midnight despite Booking.com later confirming the booking was still active. We had to find another hotel late at night, causing significant inconvenience and stress.

Dirty needs and upgrade
Where to start ,breakfast is a joke. Just waffles, cereal and toast, one gallon of milk in the fridge for the cereal, no rolls, no nothing, no Eggs, no meat, that was it? Oh, they did have oatmeal packages. If you wanted oatmeal .juice machine was broken out of order. No juice just milk. Exercise room was closed for remodeling. Pool was open 1 table 3 chairs. .No towels. Not in the best neighborhood in rapid. It was close to Walmart right next store, the mall outdoor mall that wasn't far and right off 90, that was about the only good thing.
AWFUL!! Do NOT book or stay here!! Definitely pay for travel insurance to cancel because you won’t be able to get your money back even if there’s safety, health or cleanliness concerns!
We checked in which took quite awhile 15+ minutes that was us being first in line. The lady said our room number out loud with other guests waiting in line could hear which is a huge safety concern and should never be done. While waiting we noticed a ton of supplies for renovations happening on the 2nd floor.
We went back to our car to get our stuff, went to the side door where we noticed the doors to the outside don’t lock! So anybody can come in from the street, I read reviews that homeless people come and may be staying in the basement?! We haven’t seen anything yet but I won’t be surprised if that’s true. The are right outside the hotel.
Our room was HORRENDOUS! The floor and bed sheets had stains, I pray there’s no bed bugs, which I’ve read in reviews too. The dresser with the tv had food crumbs from not being cleaned. Theres no iron, but the ironing board is covered in stains. The wall light doesn’t work and there’s no lamp. The bathroom light doesn’t work. Seems like others have complained as well, so they don’t fix that.
The bathroom also has no toilet paper holder, had no towels, which we are staying here 3 nights and when we went back to the front desk to complain she brought us 1 set of towels. The tub is dirty and the mirror has stains. The ceiling and walls are bubbling and cracking and falling apart. There’s probably mold. There’s electrical issues as well. We have to slam our door shut to close it. We were so disgusted we asked for a refund and they said they don’t have authority and the manager can respond on Monday which is after our stay if we can “maybe” get a refund. Which sounds unlikely. We booked through a 3rd party and it says there’s no refunds which is how I think this place operates by scamming people to book and not refunding them or fixing the problems.
The customer service was full of “lies” and no help. They strive for clean rooms yet it’s dirty and several safety concerns I’m not sure how this can be acceptable to operate in current conditions. We asked several times to switch to another room which they said they had no other rooms, even tho it shows online they do. I suspect after reading others reviews the other rooms are just as bad. We almost went to stay somewhere else but just financially can’t justify spending another $400+. We called the 3rd party to try to get a refund and they couldn’t help either due to the front desk not having authority.
Maintenance claimed they’d fix the broken bathroom light and lamp light, and bring us a toilet paper holder. they haven’t it’s been 7 hours since we checked in. They were going to be right back.
Ran into another customer and they have had similar issues. Complained and wanting a refund and were denied and claimed no other rooms were available. They use this pet room story on why you can’t be moved, even tho we had no pets. Then they blame the 3rd party why they can’t move us Complete scam!

Room was recently upgraded.
Room was incomplete. No microwave, coffee, cups, ice bucket. Walked thru a construction site to my room. And the elevator didn’t work.
The breakfast was adequate and the loca was central.
The room was chaged d 3 times and the pet friendly rooms smelled like urine . The staff seemed too be just figuring it out as they went along and making it up on the fly

Cable didn't work, blood on the comforter, stains on the sheets, bathroom was disgusting - stains on the wall and floor from leaking pipes, a hole in the bathroom shower, and urine stains on the top of the toilet seat, the toilet was constantly running, online said it was $15/night for pet fee - when I got there they charged me $20/night, the building had a VERY STRONG marijuana odor my whole visit, there was saws and very loud banging (construction noises) til almost 10pm, got woke up 7am one morning to the fire alarms going off (apparently a staff member burnt something making the morning breakfast). THEE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

It stunk really really bad and it was so so so dirty. I left and didn't spend the night. I didn't get my money back either. I will be contacting the corporate office.
The location was good for visiting family.
The property is under renovation which we were unaware. There were multiple items broken in our room. The security latch, lamp switches, TV and lamp shades. The front desk clerk says these things will be fixed and the whole property will be renovated in a month.

The torn out carpet in the parking lot and the questionable activity by the entrance too scared to go in
