Close to our venue.

Cons:

The room was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, lots of hair in the shower, mold in the bathroom, towels were worn and stained, furniture was broken and stained and an odd odor in the room. When we tried to cancel our reservation, we could not. The hotel said Booking.com needed to refund us and Booking.com said the hotel needed to refund us. The hotel was uninhabitable so a refund is completely appropriate. Days Inn should check their franchise agreement, this hotel certainly is out of compliance.

Unacceptable Experience at Days Inn by Wyndham West Rapid City
Pros:

My stay at Days Inn by Wyndham West Rapid City was extremely disappointing. The room smelled very bad and was visibly dirty, which made me concerned about my health and safety.

The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for customer service. When I complained, the manager refused to issue a refund despite the unacceptable room conditions.

As a Wyndham Rewards member, this was shocking and by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I strongly recommend Wyndham review this property’s cleanliness standards and refund policies. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

The only thing that I like was the front desk lady was very nice worked with me when I didn't have all the funds in hand.. I'm sorry to say that's the only thing I can say that was good.

Cons:

The only thing I got to say good is the beds were comfortable..The food was awful oh I mean what food...never nobody at the front desk,if your lucky to catch her you could be waiting all day...

.we stayed at the days inn west side rapid city sd...when u drive up theres terash,beer bottles,broken glass...when u wlak in to the lobby the hallways have not been kept.....air conditioners and tvs, and phones are not working thers plumbing problems... dirty,the rooms are dirty most the time ...there very short handed they only have one front desk person and u have to waite thirty to an hour at time before someone comes to the desk...they only have two house keepers...and one guy who works the bar...they have no maintanence person..no laundry person and no grounds person how can u run a motel with only four employees...they refuse to hire help its crazy iv never been to a days inn like this

Maybe look for something else. Staff was good though.

Cons:

1st room had no heat on when it was -5 outside, 1 light worked out of 5, no tv remote so tv could not be watched. 2ns room was warm, towels and pillow case had spots, 2 of 5 lights worked. TV worked but came on in the middle of the night 3 times by itself. Good value but hassles with rooms.

Cons:

Hair dryer didn't work,a couple of lamps didn't work, no towels, had to hunt down the cleaning staff for the towels,phone didn't work, breakfast a joke, cold eggs, major hard biscuits, no juice, toasted didn't work at times, frustrating stay.
