Disgusting Room - Full Nights Sleep Not Guaranteed
Pros:

Ended up here due to flight being cancelled at Newark - hotels were booked up due to cancelled flights compounded by it being the World Cup final weekend. We arrived on a Saturday night, tired from a transatlantic flight. The young man who was working on the front desk was lovely - the only redeeming feature of our visit. The room we were given was on the floor where people with pets reside. The room smelled so bad, like wet dog, and the floors were covered in dog hair and needed washed. Theca/c was noisy also. The hotel was full so a room change was not an option, and it was marginally better than sleeping in the airport for 2 nights so we had to stay put. On the morning of departure we were awoken around 5am by a dog barking in one of the rooms. The GM came down to try and address but of course the barking stopped, and resumed not long after she returned to her desk. Be warned, dogs barking is not something that they take seriously “ they have no control over it, and can only address it after it is reported by a guest” We were given 3000 ($20) points compensation for losing a nights sleep. We paid $500/night for the gross room we had so that seems fair ! Keep coining in the pet fee with no regard to others.

Marriott consistently lives up to its reputation of inspiring spaces and exceptional service.
Pros:

We were greeted by Kimberly at the front desk who welcomed us with a becoming smile, a complete introduction of services and facilities available, and a beautiful room upgrade. Our upgraded Suite included a full kitchen and lounge area, plus a beautiful, separate double bedroom. Facilities were beautiful and functional, clean and inspiring.

The breakfast buffet had myriad, delicious and healthy choices. The support staff were friendly and kind.

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy on the first night , but then settled down after the first night of our day.

Very comfotable spacious room to relax in.
Pros:

Th room was spacious and very clean,
The attendant did an excellent job in maintaining the sheets, towels and amenities in the room.

Cons:

There was nothing that I was not pleased with,except, the coffee in the snack area was a little pricey.
The breakfast ran out pretty quickly as compared to the amount of guest checked into the hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent accommodations
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, with comfortable bed in room, and large amount of space in the room.

Cons:

1 foot section of framing around the patio door was entirely rotted out. I took a photo and showed the front desk and they said they were going to work on that.

Pros:

For the price I was expecting better. The bathroom sink was plugged up. So I used the sink in the kitchenette and the fixture was loose. I killed a small spider in the shower. Breakfast was mediocre
My room looked out into a courtyard. Unless you need to stay in the area, I would not come to the Courtyard
