Everything. Best hotel I've ever stayed in my life
This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, and the main reason I chose to return to this property was the outstanding Executive Lounge and, most importantly, its incredible staff.
The entire Executive Lounge team is exceptional. No matter how busy it gets, they continue to provide warm, attentive service with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly makes the stay special.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Callula for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay and for arranging our airport transportation, including both pick-up and drop-off. Her attention to detail and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
Thank you to the entire Executive Lounge team for making our second stay so memorable. We look forward to returning again!

My stay at Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan was a very positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
As a platinum elite member, I was originally hoping to get a room upgrade. When checking-in, the front receptionist said unfortunately there were no room upgrades available, so originally it was a bit of a let down.
The rooms are very big (considering I am originally located in Hong Kong), the breakfast/dinner buffet was amazing.
However, the highlight of my experience was when I visited the spa, my massage was slightly interrupted by some noises caused by plumbing in the neighbor room. The spa staff handled the situation very well. They were very apologetic and even wanted to offer me another free session. Although I was short in time and kindly declined, they still insisted to send me off with a small gift. That said, it was a perfect example of great customer skill.
In fact, I’ve already booked my business stay next week for another few nights. Hoping the hotel can keep up with its customer service level, and I strongly recommend Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan.

The Hotel was great! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and the best part was the service. I especially have high praise for Alfi who was very attentive and helped us all the time! He went above and beyond the already great service everyone expects at the Ritz.
Camera foarte mare si cu vedere frumoasa, pat si perne foarte confortabile, climatizare silentioasa. Hotelul este unul bun dar de 4 stele, nu l-as incadra la 5 stele.
Mocheta este cam veche si usor murdara, hotelul intreg e un pic invechit si prezinta urme ale timpului.
Mic dejunul, desi ar trebui sa fie de 5 stele, nu este. Ar putea sa fie mai divers si mai calitativ. De asemenea servetele de la masa ar trebui sa fie impecabile, daca nu le poti curata suficient mai bine folosesti servetele de hartie.
Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.
What stood out most was how family-friendly the hotel was. Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but the team made everything feel effortless. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure our family had everything we needed.
The level of service was impeccable, but it was the personal touches and genuine kindness of the staff that made our stay so memorable. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our entire visit.
The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta is a beautiful hotel with truly exceptional people. We would absolutely recommend it to families and anyone looking for a luxurious stay combined with warm, genuine hospitality.
