Nice room, very spacious and clean. Well located facility.

The breakfast was good. The Spa was good. An old but gold hotel. Staffs were good.

The facilities were good. Breakfast had a good spread. Some items were changed daily. Spa was great, visited it a few times, Ibu Berna was an amazing masseuse, friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were super helpful, caring, and just genuinely sweet.
I brought my toddler son, and everyone was so nice to him chatting, smiling, and even having little conversations with him. This honestly means the world to a toddler mama like me! 💛And of course the stay and the food were absolutely amazing!
We had such a great time

Персонал очень отзывчивый, всё организовано на высоком уровне, как и ожидаешь от Ritz-Carlton. Особенно порадовала атмосфера спокойствия и комфорта в самом центре Джакарты.Несмотря на короткое пребывание, мы успели насладиться отдыхом и остались очень довольны. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

I have checked-in more than 350 times at around 300 hotels in my lifetime, I have stayed at more modern Ritz Carltons, but I find myself coming back to this one. The rooms are massive and comfortable and so is the bath. The furnishings are robust and elegant. The facilities are tonight. It is like staying at a ritz Carlton and The Peninsula at the same time. Most of all, like any Ritz Carlton, the service is outstanding. I will always Cherish my time here. If I am to nitpick, I wished they would changed the carpets to a more neutral color like gray, it will definitely make the ambience more fresh and modern.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, and it exceeded our expectations.

The staff were consistently friendly and hospitable, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We were also pleasantly surprised with a corner room upgrade at check-in, offering an amazing city view.

Dining at Asia Restaurant was a highlight, with a great spread for both breakfast and dinner.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the hotel really went above and beyond to make it special. We received a cake in the room and another during dinner, which made the celebration even more memorable.

The location is right in the heart of the city. Traffic can be a bit challenging, but it usually doesn’t take more than an hour to reach key hotspots, even during peak hours.

While the interiors and rooms feel slightly dated, the hotel still carries a classy, old-money charm. It’s calm, peaceful, and refined, not a trendy spot, but perfect for a more relaxed stay.

Overall, a memorable experience with excellent service. We would definitely return.

I had the most memorable stay at the hotel. The room was so beautiful, and above all, the staff there went out of their way to make me feel welcome and special. Special thanks to the lounge captain Daffa for giving me all the suggestions, bartender Kapten for making me special drinks and more, and also gym staff Nico for showing me around. I will definitely come back!

We like to stay at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta. They have cozy ambience. Ritz Carlton have Helpful and friendly staff. the room are spacious and we can see great view especially at night.

we hope, the television in room will be changed with the smart tv, so the guest can enjoy netflix or youtube.

A wonderful stay, I was upgraded to the Spa villa suite and was greated by the Japanese speaking staff which I appreciated very much, also congratulations to them for taking a position on Miyakojima, I hope they will enjoy.

The club lounge staff were friendly and despite being rather busy given the holidays made every effort to accommodate me. I have had my issues with this hotel in the past but I really appreciate their continued efforts to always warmly welcome me and ensure that I have a relaxing stay.

The service was excellent! They served a variety of amazing foods and desserts!

Amazing Breakfast, In fact I liked the breakfast better than the dinner. Staff are so helpful all the day long.
