Dobry hotel z kilkoma rzeczami do poprawy

Bardzo dobra i miła obsługa. Świetne SPA. Duże pokoje

Cons:

Obiekt trochę do odświeżenia, basen rowniez. Brak sklepu w obiekcie w którym np by można kupić rzeczy na basen. Przeludniona restauracja, brak intymności. Raczej kombinat do jedzenia niż miejsce na romantyczną kolację.

Frühstück sehr Reichhaltig, man könnte Stundenlang Schlemmen... :-)
Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Türe zwischen Dusche/Schlafzimmer nervt weil sie selber aufgeht und dabei die Türe zur Dusche blockiert.

Luxury and excellent service
Pros:

The hotel service, as always, was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very polite. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can immediately feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The room was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The welcome amenities and recognition for loyalty members, especially for Ambassador status, were thoughtful and much appreciated.

I truly look forward to staying at this hotel again. It remains one of my top choices whenever I visit the city. The hotel is also centrally located in Mega Kuningan, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and plenty of dining options, making it an extremely convenient location.

Overall, it was another wonderful stay
