A 5-star hotel with 5-star service! Excellent hospitality, though the furniture is a bit dated. My only concern is that non-halal food is served openly alongside other dishes, which might be an issue for Muslim guests. Best for short stays.

リッツカールトンホテルはすばらしく、日本人にお勧めできるホテルです。
Pros:

・滞在中にラウンジで食事を数回しましたがいずれも美味しかったです。日本人の口にも合う味でした。
・ロケーションは最高で、ジャカルタ滞在にはとても良いです。
・部屋は綺麗に清掃されており、築年数を感じさせない程度でした・
・ジム、プールも完備されており、施設環境も整っています。

Cons:

・スタッフのホスピタリティが他のリッツカールトンホテルに比べて低いようでした。但し、ほかのチェーンホテルよりは高く感じました。
・ラウンジにアラカルトメニューがあるようでしたがメニュー表が無く、スタッフと会話にて内容を聞くような感じでしたので、わかりやすいようにメニュー表等にて提示してもらえると嬉しいです。

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall service felt thoughtful and professional throughout our stay. Small gestures like the mirror decoration and Azis’s kindness showed real attention to detail and made our anniversary feel special.
