Let’s start with booking.com and this place is a scam I booked for 6 nights however due to the how nasty the sheets , mattress and the roaches in the bathroom were I checked out the next day. I called just about every day for a refund but I didn’t get one. I was charged for 6 nights they stated that they couldn’t give me a receipt for a one night stay. I was told to contact booking for a refund and booking telling me to contact the hotel oh I have pictures

The room wasn’t clean at all. Also there were many cockroaches. I notified staff and nothing was done. The room also smelled!
