Club Wyndham Harbour Lights

The staff were amazing, checking in on us to see if we needed anything. They brought our luggage to our room which was above and beyond great service. The room was great, very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

From the staff to the amenities and the location, everything was wonderful. We weren't interested in the timeshare but we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding customer service, room was excellent, valet parking was outstanding. 5 stars.

Booked the stay (paid for in advance) and when my colleague arrived to check in, he was told there was no room for him. He was now on foot because Uber had dropped him off, he left trying to find another hotel and was mugged. This could have been avoided if the hotel was true to their word and provided a room that we paid for and still have not been refunded for.

Central location to various points of interest (convention center, USS Midway, harbor, restaurants, etc.). Staff was very friendl, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Overall a very good resort. Very easy access to public transit. Right there in the Gaslamp district with tons of food options and tours. Central location to most attractions. Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Except for the smell of "fish" every time we walk into our room, it was good.

This is a Gold Star property within the RCI network. From the time we checked in until our departure seven days later, we were always welcomed with a big smile and helpful customer service, particularly the Front Desk team.

I did not book a room at this property and was moved there at no fault of my own. It was a half mile further away from my convention adding time to my morning commute thru an unsafe and filthy streets covered with homeless.

Great staff and service, amazing cookies when you check in and the cool gift bag with waters, really thoughtful of them for that. Great tacos a block away and lots of things to do all around.

Location was great. Parking is way too expensive but necessary in this part of town. Rooms are a little small but overall ok.

Excellent location (Gaslamp District). You can easily walk to the Convention Center or Petco Park, or walk a block or two to catch a bus or the trolley. We took the bus to the zoo and to the airport - very convenient.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with advise as to where to eat. They greeted us every time we went in or out. Each day offered, hot coffee in the morning and some days there was iced coffee in the morning and hot cocoa in the afternoon. They offer a "slumber pack" (sound machine, face mask, sleepy tea and ear plugs) for guests who find the noise of the District a little too much to handle.
For a small hotel (54 units), it has a great workout facility - full gym with weights, yoga mats, exercise balls and cardo equipment, along with a steam room and sauna. There is also a full size washer and dryer (for free) for guest to use.

DONT COME HERE! They harass you after you leave and continuously call you to sign up for their timeshare. They go as far as sending you mail telling you that you have been “pre-qualified” to get their outdated timeshares. The rooms are old at best. Their practices are horrendous and ridiculous. You can’t just stay there without them hounding you about getting their stupid scammy timeshare. 11 months later now and I am still getting BS their calls.

Friendly staff, clean and I loved being able to walk down the street and enjoy the gaslamp district.
