I love the place was wonderful to stay

Very convenient, close to the park where you can go for running . Safe area

Very good experience. Big room with big comfort bed for good rest. Kind staff and parking with enough free lots.

There was hair, rust, and mold in the bathroom. Rust was mostly on the equipped chair as it was a room for wheelchair, but this equipment should be cleaned and repaired, as it run downs when you shower.
Even with the air conditioning set to 30, it continued to cool down, forcing me to turn it off but then turn it back on because it was too hot, and then it got very cold.
The staff doesn't care. It's self-service anyway so not easy to reach someone.
Location is not full center but not far from a good transport line, however, might be long wait on evening and week-ends, I would recommend to check what you want to reach to maybe find a better location.

The hotel was in a perfect location for the convention I was attending.
Nice quiet area. Not to far from local transportation.
Reception staff were excellent with customer service and really helpful on checking out as my ordered taxi didn't know to go. But the evening night/early reception gentlemen gave him the right directions.
The two young gentlemen on the bar during my stay were extremely helpful and offered two different types of alcohol free beer.
The only negative was Saturday evening where you had a technical issue.
This was regarding no option to purchase evening meals, drinks as it was cash only.
Especially as I was at a very busy convention and didn't have time to eat.. Therefore had to go into the centre of Köln to find a restaurant to eat.
This was the only negative to a good stay.

One night stay in Cologne, excellent hotel, comfortable rooms and bed. Good shower.

Good location - easy walk to centre

It is very close to the old center, comfortable with nice spa and relatively non expensive. Highly recommend

I had a very pleasant stay! My room was spacious with a nice ambiance, the hotel as a whole was really quite nice. The staff were very polite and helpful as well!

A little out of the city but once we had worked out tram stops worked well for us. Comfortable clean room, just what we needed. We parked at a park and ride to avoid costly hotel parking and emissions fee. Worked out €30 for 48 hours rather than €50 at hotel.

Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times

Relaxing place to stay , good room , cannot complain, a bit far away from the christmas markets so had to take an uber but the price was much lesser than the hotels in that area so you win some you lose some

1. Great service from start to finish.
2. Good food.
3. Room was smaller than expected for the price
4. Public transport was a 850m to 1km away which makes it difficult during the rainy winters.
5. Should change the rugs for sure, they either are dirty or look dirty, I am sure the hotel can get betters rugs.

Modern conference hotel with parking available. In a residential area but close to the University, a park and a tram stop into the City centre. Trams very frequent and take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Great location nice clean hotel helpful staff

It felt expensive, didn't get a whole lot for my money. Breakfast was incredibly expensive. It should be included in the room rate. Parking was a scam rate.

Spent 1 night. Nothing special, decent room and amenities.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Would stay here again.

I was not able to use the express check in for.some reason it wouod not let me. I stood at the reception desk to ask for help and the man on reception completely ignored me whilst on a phone call for a good 20 mins. He did not indicate he would be woth me shortly, or ask someone else to see me, just didnt look at me. It was very rude and unprofessional.
