La posizione è la cosa migliore. Centralissimo .
Piazza del duomo a 2 minuti a piedi.

La seconda notte abbiamo chiesto delle coperte e ci siamo accorti che c’era qualche cimice dei letti .
Probabilmente le coperte non erano state lavate bene oppure tenute in ambiente non idoneo o non pulito. Poca cura in generale delle stanze per sanitari che si muovevano e luce specchio bagno non funzionante . Per arrivare alla camera siamo dovuti passare tutto l’hotel ed entrare in un condominio con un codice . All’interno un’altra parte dell’albergo ristrutturata ma per 4 stelle mi aspetto di più

kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, merkezi konumda olan bir otel. yürüyerek merkez tren istasyonuna ve şehir merkezine ulaşım sağlanabiliyor.

Cons:

bence sıkıntısı odalar ve bina çok eski. ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü üst kattaki insanların ayak sesleri bile gürültü şeklinde duyuluyordu. temizlik idare ederdi yatak altında tozlar vardı.

Convenient location in a historic palace
Pros:

I enjoyed staying in a Renaissance palace in the city center. The reception hall was very impressive. Although I had booked a single room, I was upgraded to a double with a courtyard view. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had a drink both nights at the rooftop bar. (You can get better views elsewhere, but the hotel bar was convenient.) The breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

Cons:

My room was elegant, but the walls and furniture showed some wear and tear. However, the marble bathroom was very nice.

Non vale neanche 2 stelle! Non andate: scadente e sconsigliato.

Non vale neanche un 2 stelle.
Personale inefficiente e a maggioranza straniera, facevano fatica anche a parlare l’italiano.
Colazione con i prodotti del supermercato Conad.
Troppo caro rispetto alla qualità e ai servizi offerti.
Potete trovare molto di meglio nella stessa area.

Nimic! Mizerie mare; pereți murdari care cad jos; camera foarte friguroasă am dârdâit de frig intreaga noapte; mucegai în baie; personal foarte slab pregătit chiar nerușinat!!!
Mic dejun execrabil nici unui câine nu poți să îi dai așa ceva!!
Totul un dezastru!
Costă foarte mult pe lângă condiții ZERO !!! Nu se merită nu vă cazați aici mergeți oriunde în altă parte!!

leider gab es bei ankunft kein warmes wasser in beiden zimmern, erst nach mehrmaligen anrufen wurde etwas repariert, das warme wasser ging dann trotzdem erst am nächsten tag, sehr unangehmen wenn man im hotel nicht duschen kann. die heizung hat dadurch auch erst am nächsten funktioniert, war um die jahreszeit etwas frisch

Posizione centrale e comoda per spostarsi a piedi. Staff gentilissimo. Struttura bella e pulita, stanza grande con tutti i comfort necessari. Piccola colazione inclusa nel prezzo che, considerando gli standard di Firenze, è più che onesto.
