Cons:

leider gab es bei ankunft kein warmes wasser in beiden zimmern, erst nach mehrmaligen anrufen wurde etwas repariert, das warme wasser ging dann trotzdem erst am nächsten tag, sehr unangehmen wenn man im hotel nicht duschen kann. die heizung hat dadurch auch erst am nächsten funktioniert, war um die jahreszeit etwas frisch

Posizione centrale e comoda per spostarsi a piedi. Staff gentilissimo. Struttura bella e pulita, stanza grande con tutti i comfort necessari. Piccola colazione inclusa nel prezzo che, considerando gli standard di Firenze, è più che onesto.

Una notte da incubi

L'accoglienza quando sono appena arrivato, ho parlato con un signore molto competente e cordiale.

Cons:

Le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate: per tutta la notte ho sentito chiaramente le persone camminare nel corridoio accanto alla mia stanza. Successivamente è rientrata una coppia visibilmente alterata dopo una serata fuori: rumori continui, vomito e litigi. È stato impossibile dormire.

Nel pieno della notte mi sono recato alla reception, dove ho trovato lo staff addormentato. Hanno provato a chiamare la camera dei vicini, ma senza ottenere alcun risultato concreto. La situazione non è stata risolta.

Considerato che mi trovavo in città per l’evento Taste, dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro, e che avrei dovuto guidare per quattro ore il giorno seguente, ho chiesto almeno un gesto commerciale sulla prenotazione, visto che sono stato costretto ad andare via senza aver dormito. La richiesta è stata rifiutata. Ho preso la mia valigia e sono uscito alle 2,30 dall'albergo per prendere la macchina.

Un vero incubo, soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro e ha bisogno di riposare.

trovate un altra struttura che e meglio

la posizione e ottima

Cons:

struttura squallida!!! e una struttura datata trattandosi di un palazzo storico e fin qui ci siamo...ma all'interno e tutto vecchio, rotto, e visibili segni di usura... la pulizia e da zero stelle

Hotel lindíssimo
Pros:

Esse hotel superou minhas expectativas! A arquitetura interna é absurdamente linda, o café da manhã é excelente, o banheiro parecia recém-renovado. Toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Custo-benefício excelente, espero poder voltar a Florença e ficar no Hotel Califórnia novamente em breve.

Mi e piaciuto molto la posizione e comodissima, un Hotel tranquilla. Con un parcheggio convenzionato sotto. Staff molto cordiali.

Cons:

Da migliorare la sala colazione troppo piccolo. E la stessa cosa per il food direi di aggiungere più scelte e deve essere più abbondante. Buffet deve essere self service. Tutto il resto ok.
