Affordable apartment, not far from village centre
Pros:

Old but renovated apartment. Clean, functional, spacious, quiet location. Nice balcony.

Cons:

Location is not too well connected with public transportation. Usually best option is to walk from/to Davos Dorf railway station. Upstairs apartment is accessible only via very narrow stairs.

Bike rental included. Very kind staff

Cons:

You are basically living in a construction site - we could not even enter the apartment building though the main door. Very loud (road works) from 7 am onward - making the balcony a useless feature. They turned off the water for half a day, we did not get any appropriate warning - the sign to inform the tenants was pitched on the main entrance door (the one we were instructed not to use, and hence, we did not see the information) and the email came in the middle of the night. No apologies, no discount. Very disappointed from Davos and how guests are treated outside the winter or "posh" season for the world economic forum...

Heavy noisy construction works around
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped apartment with mountain views... BUUUT......

Cons:

Please read the note at the bottom of the description carefully: "construction work is going on nearby from April 2026 until the start of the 2026/2027". It's a shame that the construction work IS NOT NEARBY BUT JUST OUTSIDE YOUR BALCONY, ten meters from the window. Starting at 6:30 AM, the unbearable noise of bulldozers ruined our sleep. The hotel hasn't offered any form of refund despite complaints. I recommend holding off on booking until the scheduled completion of the work.

Trop de travaux autour on avait été avisé,sauf qu’on nous avais pas avisé qu’il y avait aussi des travaux à l’intérieur du bâtiment et vendredi matin a 7.30 hres du matin on a été réveillé par le bruit d’une perceuse qui perforait du béton près de notre appartement.nous avons donc eu de la chance que la location était du vendredi et depart lundi matin.pour les équipements inclus on mentionne qu’il y a un four micro-ondes,sauf on devrait dire micro-ondes sur demande.
