Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Late-Check-in mit dem Code war sehr einfach und es war von Anfang an auch vorab alles selbsterklärend resp. wurden wir sehr gut informiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Lage: Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass es ein bisschen abgelegen ist. Man ist zu Fuss in ca. 15-20 Minuten am Bahnhof Davos Dorf. Es hat auch einen Bus, der bei dem Hotel fährt, aber nicht zu allen Uhrzeiten. Da wir uns hauptsächlich in Davos Platz aufhielten und mit den ÖV unterwegs waren, war es für uns ein bisschen weit weg (wussten wir aber im Vorfeld).
Lärmpegel: Es ist sehr ringhörig. Wenn im Gang Personen mit einer normalen Lautstärke reden, hört man es sehr gut. Aber das Hotel an sich ist an einer sehr ruhigen Lage (keine laute Strasse oder Bars oder so).

Pleasant stay, friendly helpful staff, clean and as expected.
Pros:

Clean, compact, basic but well thought out accommodation. Pleasant staff and comfortable beds. Good power shower, coffee maker / hot water provider (NB - it is not Nespresso compatible so do not bother bringing Nespresso pods - the previous occupants of our studio had done so and got one stuck in the machine!)
Amplw storage space for clothes for two people for a ski break. Good WiFi. Quiet location.

Cons:

15 minute walk to Parsenn/ grocery store lift but there is a shuttle to Jakobshorn.

Im Grossen und Ganzen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Nähe zum Dorfzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, reibungsloser Ablauf des Aufenthaltes.

Cons:

In der Küche hatte es leider kein Salz und Pfeffer. Ich hätte dies zumindest erwartet.
Da ich nach Öffnungszeiten der Reception angereist bin, hatte ich gar nicht die Möglichkeit, noch Kaffeekapseln zu kaufen. Hätte es geschätzt, wenn ich informiert worden wäre, dass es zwar eine Kaffeemaschine hat, jedoch keine Kapseln. Wasserkocher hatte es leider auch nicht - gezwungenermassen old school Teewasser auf dem Herd erwärmen...

Hallo, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch! Was mir besonders im Kopf geblieben ist, war eure außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft! :)

Cons:

Wir haben die Möglichkeit vermisst, unseren Laptop mit dem Fernseher zu verbinden. Und was auch super gewesen wäre, wenn ein paar basic Gewürze und Öl in der Küche gestanden hätten.
