This motel is a joke. Don’t trust pictures and good reviews is all relative reviews…
Super dirty , smells bad , super old , no hot water more than 2 min for shower , bugs everywhere, drugs and prostitution going on whole night , no safe .
Ignore this motel trust me I believe motel6 is even better than this place 🤮

The first problem was the tub had no stopper for a bath. The receptionist said she’d call housekeeping. Never happened. There was no hot water for five days. The pool was closed by the Harris County health department. The gym was permanently closed. Housekeeping changed the towels every day but only made the bed every other day. The tv had a webpage pop up that said I had to join something to watch. I ask the desk clerk. He said “we fix”. Nothing happened. The room was clean and comfortable.

The main hallway smells like piss and pneumonia on the old carpet. As soon as he try to give me a room on the first floor, when I walked in it smelled like mold. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room or my money back. He moved me to the third floor, the bathroom tub was rusted and peeling. The hot water lasted about five minutes and once I try to inform the guy at the front desk, he said it was new hot water heaters. I couldn’t take a hot shower because the water did not say hot. The room service lady came to the door saying something (hell idk because I only speak English and not Spanish) and I told her to come in but she never came in to clean the room. It’s not fair when they have staff that cannot speak English and this is America and I will not be learning to speak Spanish. (The lobby looks good)

Staff was really nice. Room was clean and ac was working in great condition.

Having no hot water is not ok. And to not even offer a discount for the inconveniences is poor customer service

I want called or anything. Traveled 12 hours to arrive to no hot water available. Paid for 2 rooms in advance. Also pool was closed when site said it was open and roaches in my room.

Worst place ever. Found them through Priceline and spoke to Chris at the front desk who was shown the pictures and stated since I wanted to check out I would get a refund. Spoke to Priceline that said they would call the hotel to get approval then everytime they called the hotel wouldn’t answer. Now they are claiming to never have spoken to me that I stayed the full time and that there was no issues. Meanwhile as you can see on the photos there were cockroaches, blood stains on shower curtains and dried semen on the bed.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Do Not let the Radisson name fool you. No hot water bathtub was peeling. It's so many different funky smells. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!

The location is good, near to shopping markets and restaurants. The staff was helpful. Cleannes is 3 average. The breakfast was poor.

The hotel was infested with roaches. When we pulled our civers back on the bed roaches scattered and they were all over the walls too. We hot switched to another room and it had roaches too. We couldn't even sleep because we were paranoid about the roaches. The boiler broke and there was no hot water. They were rudely rushing everyone out of the hotel. My family couldn't even shower.

Horrible i checked out at 11pm. When i arrived the room had a mold and smoke smell and there was roaches on bed and tv stand. I got switched to a different room and same thing after a few hours i had to leave the smell was bad and roaches on bed and there was hair on bed.

Property is dilapidated, roach infested and smells like mold going down the hallway.

Roach Motel

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I first checked into my room, I discovered feces still in the toilet. I requested another room, only to find that the beds and couches were filthy in the second room. Thinking it couldn’t get worse, I asked to be moved again but the third room had roaches.

At that point, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying in the hotel at all. Despite the terrible conditions, I was still charged for one night, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

This hotel is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.
