La chambre était très propre et agréable, et le petit message de bienvenue sur la télévision était une attention appréciée. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, même si le choix restait assez limité.

Cons:

Seul point vraiment décevant : facturer 2,50 $ une bouteille d’eau pour une chambre à plus de 300 $ la nuit. Du thé et du café sont offerts dans la chambre, mais aucune eau n’est fournie pour remplir la machine à café — sommes-nous censés utiliser l’eau du robinet de la salle de bain ?

J’accorde beaucoup d’importance à l’expérience client. Ce genre de petit détail donne malheureusement une impression de décalage qui contraste avec le standing et le prix de l’hôtel.
