Pros:

The staff were incredibly accommodating. The property, lobby and the room were pristine and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect.

Fair for the price but need some real staff
Cons:

Checking in on a computer screen while there’s a worker hovering over your shoulder who should be doing the work. No one at the front desk to actually help when you need towels or pillows

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

I like the easy check in with the virtual front desk. We used the pool a lot, nice and private. Used the gym, nice they have a small one available. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient.

Cons:

We were a party of three and there were only two towels upon check-in in our room. No extra bedding for the third (pullout) bed. Had to take some bedding off the other beds.

Pros:

No humans work the desk. I came in needing a toothbrush and there was just some creepy guy in a screen
. Horrible business model. Never staying again

Great value for a very nice room.
Pros:

The room was clean and offered a lot of space. The bathroom was nice and had great lighting. The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff was very nice. The person running the breakfast was very sweet. The blackout shades were perfect.

Cons:

The lighting in the room, other than the bathroom, could have been better. I don't love checking in with a computer instead of with a live person.
