It sucked so bad trying to check in that I booked over at Holiday Inn which was wonderful by the way.

Cons:

Let’s see- the fact that there were ZERO human beings in the reception area. Booking.com should seriously consider not doing business with hotels that have digital AI check in machines. It’s not hospitable. I’ve never had a worse experience in my life.

Overall, the experience is great.The only complaint I have is water pressure at the sink in the bathroom. The shower of pressure was great , though.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, o recepcionista (remoto) foi muito simpático e ainda me deu 2 garrafas de água como cortesia, o quarto com 2 camas é amplo e confortável, o banheiro é bom, mas com banheira. O café da manhã é padrão americano com pães, waffle, iogurte, cereais, etc, a senhora da cozinha foi muito simpática e ainda nos deixou consumir após o horário padrão de encerramento do café.

Cons:

O check-in utilizando um totem digital pode ser um pouco difícil num primeiro momento, principalmente pra idosos ou pessoas sem prática com a dispositivos eletrônicos.
