Pros:

I always stay there when I go out of town for business. Which is about twice a year I think last time I stayed even more. Miss Marie that takes care of the breakfast bar is exceptional and amazing! The rooms are always clean and tidy. For the first time ever the gentleman at the front desk debated with me whether or not I booked three people for a room. When I told him no I didn't he insisted that I did and said it's right here. I'm sorry.. the appropriate employee answer is oh I apologize ma'am there's a mistake in the computer let me correct that. How many? One? Okay we're done here. And then he doubled down and at the end reminded me again okay so that's three people you've booked for a room? And I told him insistently no! I am the only one here there will not be two other people with me that is incorrect. And then he proceeded to give me attitude. This employee was there April 10th late in the evening at 10:30 when I arrived. Also when I checked in that morning online I explained that I would not be there until 10:30 at night. This employee then calls me at 9:22 p.m. wondering where I am. I explained to him that I checked in already and I said the time that I would be in would be about 10:30 and that I'd be there shortly. That's never happened before I don't expect it to happen again but I hope someone will talk to him about arguing with the customer. It doesn't mean we're right it just means that now he's also wrong.

Enorme perte de temps avec le check in et check out avec ce robot/borne automatique, une honte totale. Ca ne marche pas, il a fallu faire une vision avec un responsable qui était je ne sais où.. Plus jamais dans cette chaine qui prend ses clients pour des idiots avec ce type d'équipements. Une honte.
