Comfortable and clean
Have to speak to a kiosk to check in and out. There wasn't much to choose for breakfast. Coffee machine used instant coffee and was a hit or miss.
Ease of finding and closeness to the airport and jet blue park.
Checking in on a kiosk while staff was present and the second kiosk with someone to help troubleshoot was absurd. The hot tub did not have a button to turn on, so just a giant bath 🤢 the walls were very thin, you could hear doors slamming, people talking, kids running. The beds were very hard. The morning breakfast.. not worth the time, a waffle wad the only hot food option. The coffee was at least decent. Getting out of the area was difficult due to very high traffic volumes. We would not return.
The WIFI was going on and off most of the time there
And I think they were starting a new way of registration that we did NOT like
The location was relatively safe, and within walking distance of convenience stores and a variety of food options. It was very clean appears to have been recently remodeled.
First let me say I am not one to just hand out five stars for providing the essentials that are to be expected at a facility. I always believe there’s room for improvement, but if something is exceptional I will give it the highest rating. That said, this hotel seems to have gone completely digital. There was a live person there upon checking in ….but you’re required to use a kiosk for everything. To check in you find your reservation via the screen, scan your ID via the screen, enter your form of payment via the screen, scan your face for facial recognition via the screens… get your card keys and your receipt via the screen. All this while being instructed how to do all of these things from a live person who came out from behind the reservation counter. This would be a very nice modern convenience for checking in late or if you’re just that kind of person that would rather do it electronically by yourself. But for a 5pm check in at a $250 a night price point, at the end of a hard 12 hour work day….. the last thing I want to do is to arrive at my hotel to first have a ‘lesson’ on how to check into my room. After arriving in my room and finding that I had no shower curtain I picked up the phone to call the front desk only to find it doesn’t work. So I dressed, walked downstairs to to ask the human for a shower curtain …only to be instructed to go through the kiosk again. The gym consisted of three cardio machines, no weights and no space for floor exercises even if you just wanted to stretch. The free breakfast consisted of juice (no water), something that was disguised as coffee (little creamers cups we the safe bet) warm milk, toast -only jelly. The saving Grace of breakfast if there was one was a DIY waffle station.
Good location
The price is too high for this category hotel. The internet WI-FI was horrible. No connection at all. I had to do all my work through my Hotspot. Was a mess.
Checking in was virtual person didn’t want to be there no customer service and bad experience
It’s loud! Next to trucks being fueled and enterprise vehicles going in and out of facility no view! Felt like a prison
