Highly recommend Best Western Plus Nice Cosy Hotel in Nice.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to Nice Ville train station and close to restaurants and not far to walk to everything. Room was good, bed comfortable but pillows were a bit hard. Good breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Just the pillows.

Not a four star hotel, consider other

The room was tidy and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

According to the description, the hotel is four stars and is in the city center. This is far from reality. It is located in a poor area, near the station: all the windows face the street, so you can't open the windows because there is noise day and night, cars are driving, garbage is being collected, people are gathering. The rooms are small, stuffy and there are no night curtains, so you are illuminated by the city lights all the time at night. The breakfast is very poor and the same, the choice is very small, so it is not worth taking it. Basically, the hotel does not correspond to its rating and photos in any way, it is already outdated, the location is not the best, the area is questionable. So for such a price, which is not cheap, you can find much better. We are disappointed. The only plus is that the main city station is reachable on foot in a few minutes. There are no other advantages. It is more of a two-star accommodation than a good hotel for a vacation.

Personalens serviceinställning är perfekt, läget är mycket bra, nära tågstationen, många restauranger , även ligger i centrum.

Cons:

Luftkonditioneringen i rummet var trasig, duschmunstycket var trasigt, det luktade ofta avföring i toaletten och utbudet av frukostalternativ var för litet för att vara värt 20 euro per frukost.

Great location near the train station
Pros:

The location is absolutely excellent.
For example, the train station is literally just 2 minutes away, which is very convenient if you also want to visit nearby towns.

The staff is caring and helpful. The breakfast is quite good.

The room has air conditioning, a small fridge, and a coffee machine.

The water pressure in the shower is very good.

If I come to Nice again, I would gladly choose this hotel again.

Cons:

There was often a sewage smell in the bathroom, so we had to keep the ventilation on. If we opened the window, a lot of mosquitoes would come in (of course, this is not the hotel’s fault, just something to keep in mind).

Hôtel au centre, proche gare et bon petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à proximité de la gare, en plein centre (on fait tout à pied). La chambre était très grande, avec un balcon et très bien insonorisée. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était très bon. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

A noter : il n’y a pas de parking pour la voiture donc prévoir de se garer dans un parking sous-terrain (nous recommandons celui du centre commercial Nice étoile, 25€ pour 24h, à quelques minutes à pied de l’hôtel)
