Disappointing stay and we would not stay there again.

Breakfast was very poor.
Cramped room, dishes never cleared so hard to even out plates and cups in the table. Two days we could not get a cup of tea as no cups available despite asking several times.
Very disappointed. Didn’t bother last two days, not worth the hassle.
Room was not cleaned to a high standard. They left glasses on the small table. Just basically made bed and changed the towels as far as we could see.

Un soggiorno FANTASTICO 😍

Dove aver soggiornato in vari Hotel in Nizza, Finalmente ho trovato quello che rende le mie vacanze perfette . Posizione ( vicino alla stazione e a pochi metri dalla via principale ma in posizione tranquilla), camere bellissime, pulitissime, spaziose e ristrutturate (in dotazione caffè in capsule Nespresso, the ed acqua in frigo). Ottima colazione dolce e salato. Ma a rendere speciale il soggiorno è lo Staff, molto attento ai clienti, professionale e sempre presente per esaudire le esigenze dei clienti . Personale da 10 stelle⭐️ !! Un grazie particolare a KEVIN, MARTINA, JULIEN che hanno reso la nostra vacanza Bellissima, a presto.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, as was the location. It is close to the train station, which is convenient for visiting nearby places, while everything within Nice itself is accessible on foot. I particularly appreciated the small, thoughtful touches that mean a lot. The staff are very kind and polite, especially the night shift at the reception (Ben and his adorable colleague).

Cons:

Slippers and certain hygiene essentials—such as cotton swabs, cotton pads etc. should be a given in a four-star hotel.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, der Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut, die Lage des Hotels ist gut situiert in der nähe des Bahnhofs. Ich habe die Sauberkeit dds Zimmers sehr geschätzt.

Cons:

The hotel should be a good location because it is so near of everything, with restaurants, shops and train and bus terminal and metro. But just bad luck it is where the street where there was demonstration, tear gas and encounters with the police and rioters on October 17. One thing, the coffee machine in the room is not working. Looks like the coffee tablet is old?

The buffet for breakfast is too small. We are squeezing each other.

But i still recommend it as the location is good.
