Pros:

Ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, geen vraag is teveel! Ruime kamers met een leuke attentie. Mooi zicht op de Arc en geen echt straatlawaai.

A lovely location, but that’s about all there is to it. Certainly not worth 5 stars. A very cold and unfriendly welcome. Not like the other Maison Albar hotels. No fruit or anything like that in the room. At breakfast, I had to ask for coffee twice, and I ended up asking for an omelette because nobody asked me what I wanted. This hotel lacks everything that would make it a 5-star establishment. Apart from the price, of course.

Très bel emplacement et excellente literie
Pros:

Super emplacement ….
Literie très douillette et confortable.
Chambre grande et propre.

Cons:

Moins d attention que les séjours précédents.
Par exemple Cette fois ci, pas de jus offert ou encore de macarons …ces petites surprises qui faisaient la différence sont à perpétuer pour l expérience

A Gem of A Hotel at the Etoile.
Pros:

The Hotel Alber – Champs Elysee is a gem at the Etoile. It is a great location near the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. The staff were the most welcoming. They arranged for our transfers to and from the airport; and an evening assent of the Eiffel Tower to the Summit for a great sunset view and the lights of Paris. They were a great resource on how to travel on the Metro, made great recommendations for restaurants and were very pleasant each day of our visit. Breakfast was continental with the option to have eggs and omelets. It is small and has much more character than any of the large chain hotels. Our Executive Room had a balcony with views of the Arc de Triomphe. It was very clean and comfortable. This hotel and its staff made our stay in Paris memorable. I will not hesitate to recommend it and, if I were to return to Paris, will be staying at the Hotel Alber – Champs Elysee.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner salade de fruit médiocre ( pomme,
raisin,…) pour un 5 étoiles on s’attendait à des fruits exotiques ou de saison..
À l’accueil à notre arrivée ( check in ) nous avons assisté à une altercation entre l’hôtesse d’accueil et personnel…
Notre chambre n’était pas prête à 15h00 …
Dans la chambre lampe de chevet défectueuse qui pendait avec du scotch noir , le toilette automatique défectueux.
Il me semble que pour un 5 étoiles nous aurions pu disposer de mignardises chaque soir ..
Soit hôtel avec du potentiel à perfectionner, nous y retournons

Never stay here if you are looking for a 5 star stay!!!

The location was perfect

Cons:

The bedroom was oddly situated on the stairs and the bathroom was just too small to be used comfortably. We were not given a choice of room on booking. The view said overlooking a courtyard! It was a building site.
The bar was closed for residents both evenings we stayed. The excuse we were given was because the football was on but it wasn’t in the Friday and even on the Saturday it could have been open to residents. Poor excuse for a 5 star hotel

Most horrible hotel in the area
Pros:

Many things were broken in the room allocated to us. Upon complaining the hotel gave us a suit for the last night. Upon arrival late in the evening we found the air conditioning wasn’t working. They had no technician. The person who came to look at the issue had no clue what was wrong. He said it will be fixed next day AM. We left in the morning and had an uncomfortable night in the room. Breakfast was minimal. It’s a one star hotel. I recommend staying away from the hotel.

Als je het personeel negeert en geen gebruik maakt van de roomservice, is het een vrij leuk hotel.
Pros:

Locatie en de kamer. We zaten pal naast de Les Champs Elysees en de kamer was ruim en luxe.

Cons:

Het personeel kwam erg chagrijnig over; er kon nauwelijks een begroeting vanaf.

Maar het allerergste: de roomservice. Via de app kun je 24/7 bestellen, terwijl de keuken al om 20:00 uur dicht blijkt te zijn (wat nergens vermeld staat). Resultaat? Om 22:00u besteld en met een lege maag gaan slapen omdat er niets kwam.
