The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Nourzed, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was spotless, the bathroom was very clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. Everything about the stay was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my experience.
I would definitely stay here again and repeat the experience without hesitation!

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived, with a warm and welcoming reception. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Nourzed Bouramoul. He went out of his way to help me with everything I needed and took the time to share great insights about Paris, recommending places to visit and things to experience.
When I raised a concern about one aspect of my room, Nourzed handled it with genuine care and immediately offered me an upgrade. His kindness, attentiveness, and personal approach made a real difference to my stay. He is a wonderful example of what great hospitality should feel like. Thank you, Nourzed, for making my time in Paris more enjoyable and memorable.
I also had a lovely conversation with Julien during checkout who was equally welcoming and helpful. He shared some great suggestions with me and kindly offered me some delicious meringue pastries, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch.
Brilliant location easy access to all areas , the atmosphere is very nice and very clean room. The front desk is very friendly with a great hospitality. Special thanks goes to Mr. Nourzed for his cooperation and help during our stay.

My best friend and I just stayed here a little over a week ago. We initially booked here because it was so close to public transit and wanted a hotel directly on the train route from La Defense Arena, but there were so many other perks about the area alone. The Arc was basically right outside the front entrance, luxury shopping within a 5 min walk, & tons of restaurants to choose from.
The room fit the dreamy, boutique aesthetic we were looking for and was very comfortable and quiet as well.
The staff went above and beyond, specifically the manager Nourzed. He assisted us in booking taxi rides, last-minute late-night dinner reservations, and ensured our stay exceeded our expectations. 13/10, would definitely come back again.

This hotel has clean and big rooms, is located in a nice neighbourhood but most of all; its staff is excellent! The hospitality and service is great.
