Pleasant 5 star Stay
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay, this was our 4th time visiting maison albar Champs Elysées and everytime it’s like coming home. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Had a wonderful one-night stay in Paris! Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. A special shoutout to Julien at the front desk — he was absolutely amazing and superb. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He truly made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Recent experience, here is the run down, all you need to know
Pros:

Recently stayed at this hotel. First of all, It is absolutely not a 5 star hotel, No way, 4 star at best. Hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is very limited, although they will make you scrambled eggs. There is an elevator for this hotel. Location is excellent. The walls are thin, no soundproofing. You can hear everyone in the hallway especially the drunk ones coming back at 3 or 4 am. There is no iron in the room, seems to be a common theme across Europe. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking. The hair dryer didn't work, needed to ask for one to use which they provided. Room is small. Stayed in a deluxe room. The toilet is on the other side of the room, strange lay out. We did not get upgraded, ended up with a room facing the inner building or "courtyard". Asked for a room with a view, response was none was available, yet it appeared that occupancy was low since it is low season end of Jan. Umbrellas were provided when it was raining. Bed was average, pillows were small. Needed to ask for an additional pillow. Just an average experience for us, probably would not return as there are literally hundreds of Hotels to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris with my sister, and it turned out to be even more special than we could have imagined. It was her birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to surprise her with balloons and a cake—it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made the celebration unforgettable.

A special thank you to Nourzed, who helped us and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, and his warm attitude truly stood out. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would happily stay here again.
