Lovely hotel with fantastic views.
Pros:

Room very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Fantastic position and view from the bar. Bistro lovely and reasonably priced.

Pros:

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter du domaine, et d'une journée particulièrement ensoleillée. Le cadre, la vue, les espaces c'est top. Cest très calme et reposant.

Cons:

Le séjour a été agréable dans l’ensemble. Le seul point que j’ai un peu moins apprécié concerne le petit-déjeuner en room service : pour 22 €, l’offre m’a semblé assez limitée.

Pros:

Hotel plein de charme et très au calme, avec une magnifique vue sur la seine.
Le dîner à la table gastronomique était original et excellent.
Le personnel est sympathique, souriant et discret.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la qualité des chambres dans les bâtiments annexes. Chambres petites, décorées avec soin et confortables mais ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

You can give up...it's not as glamorous as it appears in the pictures...
Pros:

Maybe the Bistro…nothing ales.

Cons:

It’s a weird hotel. It’s majority old, not that maintained and some of it modern.
You should be aware that the hotel has few buildings - our original room was in a building hundreds metres away from the main building. We asked to move to the main building. At first one claimed that no rooms available, but then Chloe get involved and find us a room.

Mixed - brillaint staff and view from the room (#14) but it was lowered by stink!
Pros:

The view was simply great. The staff was very nice and friendly. he room size was great but configuration was unusal (to was hands after visiting the loo, one had to go all the way across).

Cons:

Experience at the restaurant not so great becuase the space was very tight and the staff looked too busy. Carpet outside our room stank on urine which is simply not good!

Cons:

Le bruit de l’autoroute et j’ai payé une chambre suite junior hors de prix pour n’avoir finalement aucune de celles qui étaient proposées sur booking. Quand j’ai demandé à changer de chambre l’établissement a refusé.

Fine as usual - with same little issues we did not like as much!
Pros:

Very convenient location for our journey back to England. Excellent ground floor room with terrace, as we have a dog, plus my husband has mobility issues so stairs would be difficult. Comfortable bed. Hot shower (but controls very confusing!)
Hotel gardens are very pleasant, with some interesting planting of trees and shrubs. Bistro 20 is convenient. Good place above hotel gardens and tennis court to walk the dog after a long journey. We like it all really!

Cons:

A bad damp patch in the wardrobe - signs of neglect.
Not enough USB charging points near the bed.
Bad lighting in the bathroom for putting on makeup.
Nowhere in bathroom to put washbag down - it needs a shelf.
No instructions for operating shower, modifying heat of water. Nowhere in shower to put own shampoo or other bottles/soap - it needs a little shelf.

Nous avions réservé une chambre sur la base des photos présentées sur Booking, mais la réalité n’avait absolument rien à voir. La chambre attribuée sur place était d’un niveau inférieur : la baignoire était une version «japonaise » : minuscule, inconfortable, et clairement pas conforme à ce qui apparaissait, pour un prix et donc une prestation qui n’avait rien à voir avec celle promise. Cette différence entre les photos et la réalité est trompeuse. Même après en avoir référé à l’accueil aucune solutions n’a été proposée.

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais reste cher pour ce qu’il’y à manger.
Jus d’orange très bon.

Cons:

Pas de doute dans la suite, seulement une baignoire, ce qui est très bien mais dommage pour la douche car il y avait 2 lavabos donc un de moins et une douche à la place serait bienvenu.
Usure sur balcon et quelques autres sur mur.
